Clean and comfortable and great staff. Silvia and Jose were excellent in reception and extremely helpful with parking and giving tips and directions. The suite was very clean and had all the facilities needed. We would have loved to extend our stay but it was simply too hot in Granada. We hope to return in the future.
The pool was tiny and could only accommodate one family at the time. Looks different in the pictures. Such a shame because it was so hot and the pool had some amazing views but we couldn't use it. It's more like a paddling pool and should be described as such.

Having no doubts in my mind, I give it 10 out of 10, I really think the hotel deserves it. We came from another hotel on the shore and this one was better in all aspects. The apartments are rather spacious, quite modern (as of July 2023), very well equipped, including kitchen, well working bathroom factilities, TV, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. The swimming pool, although not big, was cool (as in, not warm) and under a roof - which is exactly what was needed. The view from the pool - well, I haven't seen anything like that in my life. The staff was very welcoming, even went an extra mile to find things that we asked (they even got us a superglue we needed). The location is excellent, it's in the city center, next to the temple. There is really nothing to complain about. There was even a "traveller set" for the tourists in the room - with tooth brush, a tablet for the dishwasher and a few coffee items for the coffee machine. Even the knives were sharp, which is a rarity.
Not really super important, but a couple of small things were missing - a towel for the kitchen and a toilet brush. A couple more sunbeds in the swimming pool would also help.

it was very comfortable, we were in the studio which is in the top of the building so there are skylights not windows, in the main section.
The arrangement of doors to get privacy in the bathroom was odd meaning that the passage between the living room and main bedroom was cut off whilst someone was showering. A washing machine in this apartment would be very useful. I see the difference between a hotel room and an apartment is things like washing machines. whilst there was a kitchen and some basic appliances they didn’t provide detergent to wash-up after use. None of this is not a reason to stay though

Nice new hotel great location. Modern clean building and very helpful staff. Rooms are specious and bed was very comfortable. Parking was provided for extra cost (You will need to use a car elevator and only small cars)
Horrible sound proofing between rooms. You can hear the people in the next room as if they are in bed with you. Not pleasant when you have noisy guests or people who stay up late. They don't need to be loud for the sound to be heard. Very surprising for such a new hotel. Furthermore many of the rooms windows face a wall of the next door building about 1meter away. That make the rooms very dark especially if you are on the lower floors. If you can try to get a room on the upper floor and facing the street. If you want to avoid the sound from the other rooms try to get a corner room where the bathroom provides a buffer between you and the neighboring room (if the common wall is were the beds are you will feel as if you have extra guests in your bed . . .)

The apartment is very modern and comfortable, parking garage where car is safe (need to use a car lift), paid 12 euros / day for space. Reception staff helpful. Bonus is the roof space to enjoy the weather. You need to follow their instructions to reach the appartments b/c Granada is difficult to navigate by car on your first visit. It's well located in the shopping district - we found the bus stop 5-10 mins walk away to go up to the Alhambra.
Would be great if the pool was open for longer in the year, we visited April, it was 30 degrees but pool closed (it does clearly state in your info that it would be closed so we expected that) but with it being so warm, a dip in the pool would have been welcome.

Rooftop pool has an amazing view, location is perfect to walk anywhere. Room was very clean and spacious.
Very difficult to park - best to call 5min before you arrive and meet to park first, before you check-in. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear the guests in the next room quite clearly when playing with their kid. Air conditioning did it's job very well - would have been great to have another blanket in the room, just in case (and yes, we bumped up the ac)

Stunning hotel, loved the open-air hallways and the details of the artistic design in shared spaces. The room was very thoughtfully designed, with two entrances to the washroom, and the toliet separated from the shower, and two sinks! The windows opened toward a church, and there were wooden beams set into the ceiling to give a sense of place. Fully equipped kitchen, and lots of places to charge.
We didn't understand where the parking was, so we ended up going to a nearby car parking garage instead. Perhaps ask for details ahead of time.

Very well maintained facility at a very good & central location. Very accessible to most of the places of interest. Very close to the streets to walk around and shop. Spotless and clean including every nook & corner. Staff has been friendly and supportive. Though staff is not available during night time, had clear instructions and emergency contacts. Did not have to use any.

The appartment was spacious, very clean, modern. You could turn the TV and watch it from your bed or sofa. The bathroom had a bath and a good shower. There was coffee in the appartment. It was very close to the Granada cathedral. It had a parking garage, but we didn't use it. Everything was very clean and new.
There was no towel in the kitchen to dry washed dishes. And it would be great if there was any tea. But further there was nothing else to improve because everything was perfect.

The location was excellent in the centre of the old town. The interior fit out and design of the apartment is gorgeous...
The bathroom window should have a roller blind for privacy and to block out the afternoon sun. The pool is small and freezing. There needs to be more than 4 sun chairs on the roof pool area and the wooden chairs need some cushioning on them. Although this accommodation is stylish and minimalistic, comfort also needs to be taken into account.
