Beautiful apartment with a great terrace view, so many balconies that open out into the street! Very artistic area

Older brunette woman with a bob at the U Sense Hotel seemed keen to make our experience as bad as possible. Charged €40 for early checkin, €10 to store luggage the day of, and kept talking about us in Spanish to her colleagues even after we told her we understood Spanish. Then on check out day decided to mock me and laugh at how stressed I was during check in day. Really could have done without it

Check in time is too late and they charge you for leaving luggage before check in.

Location is good (locates in the heart of Granada). The staff will call you to make sure if you received the digital key (taking a bit of registration but very easy to use after proper setup). Price wise, it’s very price competitive / worthy stay given the money that I paid and the room space that I got.

Maybe the room layout of the apartment since there’s no window in the bedroom, we left the bedroom door open during night to have sufficient air flows from the living room. But maybe it’s because of the old building that you normally have in Granada, which is a bit challenging for hotels / apartments

Good location with plenty of food and retail options nearby. Easy to get around Granada and to attractions eg Alhambra from apartment. Most importantly, apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. Like the cosy, modern interiors and luxurious-looking bathrooms. Had an amazing time in Granada all thanks to this great accommodation!

The sign to apartment is easily missed. We ended up at the condominium tower (U-Sense Granada Centro) instead due to very similar name. Fortunately, customer service was online to give prompt support. We received spontaneous clarification which helped us get to the apartment round the corner in the end. Also, the room facing the streets can be noisy as F&B operators end business late. Just have to shut the windows tight to keep the noise out. Also, note that the apartment doesn’t provide laundry detergent. Glad that staff managed to scramble and spare us some for our laundry the next day.

The property was in a great location. It was very well equipped. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Lovely views from the sitting rooms to the city & cathedral. The property is really centrally located. Surprisingly very quiet as it is right in the centre. Granada itself is a beautiful city, loads to see. The weather was nice and warm during the day for April but cool at night so you’d need warm clothes for night time. Really enjoyable stay.

The small changes I would recommend is to get a new (smart) tv, get rid of old unit that houses tv and clean the sink drains as they were a little blocked in the main bathroom. The recommended parking was too difficult to find so we parked in a different car park which was fine.

Great location only 50 metres from Cathedral . Great places to eat close by . Breakfast included at the U-Sence hotel ( about 150 metres away ) . Great bathroom and Comfortable bed . Kitchen is well equiped , not that we used it since there were so many great eateries close by. Did use the coffee pod machine which made nice coffee and the washing machine came in handy to wash some clothes . All up extremely good apartment. Highly recommend it.

Not a big issue but no kettle to boil water .

New fully equiped flat (with some high-tech) in the city center of Grenada, close to great restaurants/bars, shopping places. Despite the location in the heart of the city the flat is quiet. Great terrasse. Easy check-in with the Justin App (virtual key). We really enjoyed our stay there and recommend it :)

Really comfortable, newly-renovated apartment in a great location. The AC works well and the beds are very comfortable. The staff responded well and we asked them for detergent to wash the clothes

The bedrooms lacked a bit of space to open the luggage or hang used-but-not-to-wash clothes. Also, the process of getting in was not very smooth, since the app we were supposed to use was not working and the staff was not very responsive to my messages since early in the day.

This property is superb. We had booked a two bedroom apartment and were located on the top floor. There were two bathrooms and a great kitchen and honestly, it felt like being in an expensive hotel room with all the benefits of a self catering apartment. There was a lot of 'technology' and all the kitchen appliances were Siemens. The kitchen was well equipped and there were lovely toiletries in the bathroom. The location was ideal and within easy reach of everything - including the buses that go up to the Alhambra. There is also a lovely public terrace with views of the Cathedral and the mountains. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

There was nothing to dislike.

We had the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. Well organized space, comfortable, great location, quiet even though very close to Cathedral. Well equipped kitchen, great washing machine with short cycles, close to nice restaurants. Good for short or long stay.

We loved it. It can be difficult to get the JUSTIN mobile code for keyless entry if you don’t have a local sim but the staff at the associated hotel around the corner let us in remotely, then gave us key cards. Much easier and appreciated.
