location was very good Centrally located close to main attractions. stats was helpful and friendly. they provided useful information regarding public transit. Bathroom was clean and shower was good with good pressure. Bidet provided.

Single room was on the smaller size. Hard to move around. Bed too large for the size of the room. A twin bed would have been more practical.

Location. The hotel is old and located right in the old city. Parking in the garage is available only for small cars. The room was very small but we needed a room for one night so it was OK. The breakfast they offer is simple with limited selections but taste good. Nice restaurants, basilika, and Citadela are within walking distance.

Nice clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. We really liked it. Great location for eat out in the evenings. Indoors secured motorbike parking facility was convenient (@ 5 euros) and a great peace of mind. Much recommended for motorbikes. We went to hunt for breakfast, but I am so glade we came back to the hotel's own restaurant for breakfast, it was superb and fantastic value for money.

Great central location catering very well for motorcyclists with secure parking next door. Friendly staff on reception. Hotel unremarkable but adequate for a one night stop over. Jaca itself excellent good food and drink outlets .

Great location . Would recommend and would stay again. Parking for free in car park on Calle Fernando el Católico just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Had to decent breakfast in hotel cafeteria with lots of local people coming in which is always a good sign.

Room was a little on the small side. Also a bit dated. Couldn’t isolate reading lights from main room lights.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, very central location and very helpful staff.

The hotel's car parking facilities are limited and need booking in advance. We were too late and had to park elsewhere, but the hotel gave us a map and told us where to find alternatives.

Location was the big bonus. Smack in the middle of town. The reception staff were very very helpful. They had secure parking for the motorcycle which was big fat bonus for us. It seems popular with motorcyclists which is great. Gives a sense of common community. We really like it. Had a wonderful evening meal in the main plaza and chatted with other TET riders. It was really good.

What a trip up to Jaca,absolutely stunning !! We are bikers and parking up was so easy in a busy little street in their own car park,in fact there were quite a few bikers staying over. Lovely comfortable room,lovely welcome.

You forget that restaurants don't open until 8 - 8.30 and we were hungry. Young girl in the hotel restaurant was unhelpful and rude,we felt that she was laughing at us. We ended up having horrible chicken finger things with crisps and the menu was in Spanish and she wasn't up for helping us....such a shame

Nice spotlessly clean hotel, easy to find and with secure garage parking for motorcycles. The staff were very helpful and even loaned us some tools to repair a faulty pannier lock, could not be more helpful. Jaca is well worth a visit. It always a good sign when the local people eat and drink in a bar /restaurant !
