Location was the big bonus. Smack in the middle of town. The reception staff were very very helpful. They had secure parking for the motorcycle which was big fat bonus for us. It seems popular with motorcyclists which is great. Gives a sense of common community. We really like it. Had a wonderful evening meal in the main plaza and chatted with other TET riders. It was really good.

What a trip up to Jaca,absolutely stunning !! We are bikers and parking up was so easy in a busy little street in their own car park,in fact there were quite a few bikers staying over. Lovely comfortable room,lovely welcome.

You forget that restaurants don't open until 8 - 8.30 and we were hungry. Young girl in the hotel restaurant was unhelpful and rude,we felt that she was laughing at us. We ended up having horrible chicken finger things with crisps and the menu was in Spanish and she wasn't up for helping us....such a shame

Perfect location, lovely room with air conditioning, excellent selection of food for breakfast, secure parking for our motorcycle and beautiful courtyard garden. We received a warm welcome to the hotel and the owners could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Everything, the hotel is great. Secure parking for my motorbike. Good food and great little busy bar / cafe / restaurant. Staff really helpful and friendly would recommend highly if you're interested in seeing the mountains it's a great spot and a lovely city

Lovely room. Big enough. There was private parking for the bike. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The hotel is above a bar/restaurant with tables outside. The burger was FANTASTIC. prices were very reasonable. Great location. Would definitely stay again. Popular with bikers.

Unfortunately the restaurant/bar seemed to be closed for a lot of the time which was a bit disappointing - we have been there before and it always added to the atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel is right in the city center with a closed of area to park you motorcycle (for a 5 euro fee). the room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful

I missed a mini fridge in the room and also the air conditioning did not work.

Central location in Jaca. Friendly. Relaxing. Good breakfast. Handy restaurant next door. Still serving good food late into the evening. So good I stayed a second night.

Hard to think of things I didn't like. No onsite parking. They have a €13 pn deal 300 m away. I parked in Tourist Parking above the Fort for free and walked 600m.

We were on a motorcycle tour, I booked hotel Jacques as it has motorbike parking. It’s only a small room but does the job perfectly. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and helpful
