Great quality beds for a comfortable sleep, quiet room due to being well insulated even if near a busy motorway. Very tasty breakfast, well worth every cent as you have a wide choice, something I didn't find in other 4 star hotels. Bar which also serves food so you can avoid driving to Jaen city if you arrive later. The staff were also friendly.

A bit far from Jaen city but this was expected. It might impact you if you want to have a drink in Jaen and then get back due to the long distance (high taxi cost) but not a problem if you avoid drinking and you drive. Mosquitos due to some water remaining in the swimming pool, likely from the rain. Try to avoid opening the balcony door at night if you don't want to be killing mosquitos all night. The shower was not working very well at times but it had the small shower head and a bigger one, so at least we could use the alternative. That I couldn't stay longer

This is an unassuming hotel located off the motorway and geared up for travellers. The check in was smooth and we were given a quiet room as requested. The room was really large with an inner door between the bedroom and the bathroom, meaning that all corridor traffic could not be heard. Also there was excellent soundproofing and the road traffic could not be heard. Great views too from the balcony. A very comfortable and clean room.We had a late lunch which was good value for money with efficient and friendly service. Breakfast was good and the parking was ample and free.

The pool had already closed for the season.

All the staff were truly exceptional. For example, I had a dietary problem and the catering manager took a great interest in making sure that my requirements were met when it came to breakfast. This attention to care extended to other staff members in and out of the restaurant. I hope I have to visit Jaén again so that I can repeat the experience, hopefully without dietary problems next time.

It would have been good if the swimming pool aha d been in operation as the weather was hot, even though the calendar meant the pool was closed.

A brilliant hotel! If you don't mind being a few kilometres outside Jaen centre this is the place to stay. Bright, modern, very clean, large bedroom, very large bathroom, a little terrace outside your patio door (not sure about upper floors), kettle, this hotel was exceptional. It has a pool (warm months only) and fitness centre. The cafeteria is open until 11.45pm. There is a coffee machine in the lobby offering free drinks to guests. I didn't try the breakfast restaurant.

Excellent size room with a small fridge and complimentary tea- no coffee or milk - but I had my own anyway but there was complimentary coffee etc available in the lobby for guests. The beds were VERY comfortable, nice and clean and nicely pressed linen. Good size bathroom with everything that you could need supplied if you weren't prepared already. The breakfast covered all bases, continental and English style available. Nice to see lactose free milk available which is a rarity.

Given the hotels location a restaurant for the evening would have been nice not just a cafeteria. The gluten free bread/cereal at breakfast time was tucked away and only noticed too late. A notice on the self check in machines to say they weren't working would have been a good idea. The receptionists were located behind these machines and not at all evident as you enter the lobby. It was only because one of the staff returned to his station and saw me and then told me otherwise I really don't know what I would have done about checking in. Very strange set up, in my opinion.

The restaurant menu was good.

The room was comfortable but the maids were rude and aggressive, knocking on my door early in the morning with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and yelling at me when I came or left the room which was insane behavior. I would never recommend staying at this hotel.

beautiful modern hotel. we didn’t try the pool because it’s January but it would have been great to jump in after a long drive. excellent meal and the biggest and best Caesar salad I’ve ever had. good service in the bar.

hard to find. you seem to drive through a shell petrol station forecourt. the information on booking.com is insufficient for the SatNav. brilliant when you do arrive!

I've stayed here many times when driving from Madrid to South. I love this hotel and it's great place to stay a night or even more because the center of Jaen is nearby and you can visit the town easily by car or taxi. The hotel itself is modern and beautiful. Rooms are big and nice with terrace. The sound isolation is also better than in the most of the hotels in Spain. Thumbs up also for the football channels in the rooms. Usually the breakfast buffet has been one of my favorites but now because of the COVID it wasn't open but you were able to order whatever you want straight from the kitchen. That worked well as well.

Rooms were good for 3 people.

Not much breakfast choice and if you have an electric car the charging ports were not very user friendly. So we’re not able to use the facility during our stay.
