A stylish hotel with a magnificent lobby/reception. We used on street parking adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient for loading/off loading our motorcycle. Our room was tastefully decorated, the bed large and comfortable, extremely clean, a handy fridge which is always very welcome with two small bottles of water included. The bathroom was quite large, had a corner bath and shower, the towels were of good quality. Our room had a view of the hotel pool. The room was carpeted. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, cooked options were offered from the kitchen as well as a generous buffet choices. About a mile walk into town {mostly uphill] but there are conveniently located bus stops close to the hotel.

Everything! Step into the foyer and be impressed ... with the glass fronted lifts, with the ornate cupola illuminating the interior, with the comfortable and elegant seating areas, with the discreet, professional, yet friendly and obliging service from every member of staff. Our room was not a disappointment either, well appointed, comfortable and clean. There was secure parking available, but a very kind lady vacated her parking space at the side of the hotel and we parked there on the street for free.

It is a good 20 minute walk to the cathedral and the central areas of Jaén. However, as in many Spanish cities, much has been done to ensure the safety of pedestrians in negotiating the busy roads

This is an amazingly beautiful old-style hotel with a beautiful stained glass roof. You can also enjoy the swimming pool. Very convenient location, almost everything is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly. The room is cozy, with all the necessary things and equipment. The breakfast is hearty and delicious. I especially like the atmosphere, the spirit of Spain of the last centuries hovers around. Definitely fit for an Infanta ))).

The property was nice , old fashioned decor, clean , staff at coffee shop were great, boy in reception very nice , woman with blonde curly hair receptionist,however needs to put a smile on her face and go for customer service training!!

The fact you have nothing on website regards paying deposit for swim towels , and can’t add to room if already booked and paid , which meant you needed to make another trip to room to get cash !!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the room allocated. did not have a private balcony (as previously stated) I did not mind. the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was not open nor was the leisure area surrounding the pool. Breakfast buffet (extra) was very nice and got the day off to a good start.

The location is in the both of the city with the majority of the historical site and places of interest in the south. You do need to be fit in order to get around if you are walk and don’t have access to a car.

Good breakfast, for a fee, 15 euros per person, in the restaurant and in the bar. The location of the hotel is good. The best part is that the hotel offers parking, for a fee.

Maybe in the future the hotel will offer breakfast included.

Staff were very nice and professional. I got an upgrade which was a welcome surprise. Ceiling in main hall beautiful.

Breakfast was a little sparse but acceptable. Air-con/Air comes straight at you in bed, had to hide under the sheets.

Awesome entrance hall. Big room. Nice table with everything for work. Good internet connection. Parking is possible for free on the street (but you need to find a place).

Stinky bathroom curtain. Noisy air-condition which was cooling too much or too low.

Close to the city center, some 15-20 min walk. The staff were nice and try to communicate in English. The room was big and clean.

I would like to suggest sharing the city maps at the front desk and maybe could provide some tour suggestions.

Classic style hotel, and maybe outdated for some. Friendly and professional staff, large bedroom, nice and comfortable, really clean and parking lot available for an extra cost.

Breakfast was pretty basic for the kind of hotel and the price. Only 1 option: orange juice (no other natural juices available), coffee (or tea) and a piece of toasted bread with a choice of tomato or jam.
