We looooooved our stay here ! Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and the staff super super friendly and helpful. Nothing negative to say

We rated it 10 because it’s a mild inconvenience, but outside of breakfast or the rooftop bar there’s no possibility to have a coffee at the hotel. As breakfast finished at 10:30, the rooftop bar was opening at 12. So we’d have to go outside to get our caffeine needs met (but we do drink more coffee than average). A small kettle in the room would have truly made our stay perfect, as we could have bought some Nescafé to make it ourselves. Or maybe a coffee machine in the lobby or something like that. But as said in the beginning, it was just a small inconvenience, the hotel was wonderful.

The hotel was very well located just a few meters from the beach. We could walk to cafes, restaurants, the beach or the supermarket. Very convenient. It has a nice roof top swimming pool, a bit small, but well kept and with nice and clean modern lounge chairs. We enjoyed it. The hotel also offers free tea and coffee from the machine downstairs, which was great. However, we were not informed at arrival, so we only realized it a few days later... Our rooms were very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also very spacious, and we particularly enjoyed having the music sound in the bathroom! The staff was nice and helpful, especially the cleaning guy.

Although very close to the beach, there are no sea views from the hotel. Behind the hotel there is a narrow busy street where cars drive fast and noisily. The modern shower doors don't close completely, so the water splashed out from the opening onto the bathroom floor every time we showered. There is no parking space in the hotel, but they have agreement to a close by parking lot, which worked well for us, so not really a minus, just a comment. All in all, we were quite happy with our stay and would happily return to the hotel!

Natalia the receptionist was amazing, nothing was too much to ask, she was ever so warm and ensured we lacked nothing. She made our holiday worthwhile, it was home from home with her friendly smile and helpfulness. From all the family Natalia thank you, we are definitely coming back.

Nothing, wonderful staff

It's so close to the beach, and very clean, well looked after, staff are very attentive and will help you with any query, easy access from main bus stop for airport, get a 60 or 91 from the airport 😌 6 euros, we wanted close to restaurants, ease from airport, clean and safe and that's exactly what this offers.

No coffee machines or kettles in rooms, u have to ask for a water heater if you want this in your room, but they accommodated us quickly, no entertainment or bar within hotel? This I found strange seeing so close to beach, even a juke box with music so you could sit at night and have a few drinks and enjoy the peace, we all don't want to go out and party. Also they need to upgrade to smart TVS as this is what clients are looking for in 2022, so we can actually watch TV in other languages as not one English channel or other choices sucj as Netflix, Prime etc, this was actually frustrating as we burnt ourselves quite early on in in our trip and wanted to just chill on 3rd day as we were sore, but the TV let us down and we felt forced to go out as nothing to do in rooms.

The staff were wonderful. There working remotely, they arranged conference rooms and fast internet for no charge. Brilliant.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, though not an issue as you can get free coffee from the breakfast restaurant without buying breakfast.

Breakfast were really good, tasty and delicious food, wide selection every day, we were really satisfied with the food. Staff was absolutely the best, very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was quite dated, tho very well cleaned every day, but it needed some reconstruction or update. Top floor had small pool and jacuzzi - water in jacuzzi was quite cold but we only been there once, so we didn’t have problem with that. We really liked the position of the hotel, just a few minutes from main bus station and 1 minute to the beach and nearest shops/restaurants. In conclusion I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything, having great breakfast and to those who don’t really care about luxury rooms since they are pretty basic, but enough to sleep in. We were happy with how our accommodation turned out to be!

The staff at the front desk (Natalia and a man during the evening that I didn't catch his name) were lovely, professional and happy to help. Literally 2 minutes from Las Canteras beach, plenty of food options around, easily connected to the other parts of the island via public transport. We loved having the option of the terrace and pool. There are 3 small pools grouped together and we lucked out that the hotel wasn't that busy so was mostly private while we were there. The pool/bar hours may seem odd but with the island weather, they worked well with the prime/nicer parts of the day. 2 free bottles of water each day and a bottle of Brut on arrival. Plus, we extended checkout with no issues. There was a full power hairdryer in the bathroom. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

You can see the hotel is getting a bit worn visually and will probably need some refurbishment eventually but overall we had no issues or complaints.

We liked the proximity to the beach ,bars ,restaurants and shops,the Las Canteras beach is superb,the rooftop sun area was great and not over crowded,on our day of departure we were allowed to keep the room for an extra couple of hours at no charge,the room safe was also provided free

All was good

Great location close to the lovely sandy beach with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sun lounge area was a bonus and well looked after, although when we went in January it was a bit too windy to use. It should be a great private sun-trap at other times!

On the 'satellite' TV, as well as the Spanish channels there were only german options, no English at all, not even news. Views over docks interesting but very industrial - tall sailing ships, cruise liners and huge freight ships etc The old town is a long way, very busy motorway - need to take taxi

Great location. Roof top pool with sun terrace. Bar and snacks. Everything is so clean. Room service everyday. Breakfast was excellent. This hotel was so good we stayed another 8 days.
