proximity to beach and other attraction. if you like aquariums then 'Peoma de la mar' is just across. Front desk staff was very reactive to our needs.

the service and amenities aren't what you expect from Marriott. For entier week, the House keeping kept missing towles, bath gels and coffee capsules in our room. we have to call for the desk everys single day :( . we went to the roof topbar/ restaurant for couple of drinks, but the waiting stuff kept ignoring. also the tables were quite sticky for some reason.

Very well located a short walk from the cruise terminal and close to Las Canteras.

The room had a balcony but no furniture so you couldn't sit outside.

Rooftop swimming pool is amazing

Access to hotel from street is VERY BAD. You have to climb 15 /16 steep steps and there is only a very broken-down, scruffy lift if you have luggage to handle. NOT impressive in such a good hotel

Fabulous location, near bus station, beach and local amenities. Stayed on floor 9 so had a great view of the port. Lovely breakfast with a choice of hot and cold foods too. There wasnt any information regarding the hot food choice but you can ask for omlettes and fried eggs cooked to order. Coffee machine in room with complimentary coffee and bottles of water which was replenished daily and a lovely touch.

The door into the room didnt open easily,; you almost needed to shoulder barge it as it scraped off the floor ruining the wooden flooring. This definitely needs sorting. The house keeper didnt clean room one day so had to go down to reception to request fresh towels-no apology for this which was disappointing.

The hotel was really beautiful nice and in very nice spot, is everything near, it is very clean also they cleaning the rooms every day without disturbing you very early at morning, changing towels and everything that is has the room, also the room has everything you need is comfortable has an amazing view, the bed is comfortable, the hygiene stuff like shampoo etc is high quality and organic, the personal/stuff is very friendly and kind. I'm gonna return there again, I was very pleased and satisfied!!!

everything. this is the best hotel I have stayed in, in a long time, for numerous reasons. the staff was so sweet so polite, they made the stay worthwhile, I truly felt I would be missing the stay. they made sure of the room service, even though language was a barrier for us since we didn’t know spanish, they were so kind to us to explain things well and were patient with us. the rooms were so beautifully setup, so clean, great coffee machine and omg the staff was so hospitable.

everything was amazing, they could just add more options for the breakfast for vegetarians or vegan, not that I’m either but it would be a good addition for people.

The hotel Is very conveniently located to enjoy Las Canteras area: the beach and the promenade with restaurants, bars and other places to relax are at 5 minutes walking distanze. The bus station Is even closer and bus lines to downtown, the southern beaches and the airport depart/arrive there. Among the many places worth a visit, the Elder museum Is just across the road. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet offers a large varietà of fruit, cheese and pastries.

The lobby does not offer places to sit and have a chat and only once in a week the breakfast had something differenti than usual. For less than 5 Euro per day the Reina Isabel hotel has much more to offer.

The room was very clean and cozy. The staffs was very friendly and polite. Especially Isabella from the receptionist she was very helpful. We arrived earlier than the check in time which is 3pm but she and her colleagues were kind enough to prepare our room before the check in time **of course it is not guarantee**We needed help around the city, she gave us great tips. She also helped us with renting a car with the company the hotel collaborates with. You can park the car in the parking lot very close by to the hotel with no parking fee on the 8th floor. The staffs at the hotel restaurant and bar are also amazing! We also requested a late check out and asked if there is any additional cost the reception staffs were very attentive and helpful. There is no additional cost, however you would need to check in the morning on your last day rather it is possible. If the hotel is fully book the next day then you would have to check out at noon. In our case we were able to check out at 2pm which is the max time for late check out. Over all great stay! :)

Room lovely and location was great. Staff were kind enough and were very helpful. Cannot miss the building as was the biggest in Las Palmas

The breakfast was very basic and if not going early the warm items have gone which were already minimal. Expensive for fruit, toast coffee and a bit of cheese. Also a lot of drilling was going on every morning as well as being near the port horns going off at early hours. The pool is in the middle so if you struggle going up stairs there's 2 flights and no access via a lift.

Located near the beach. The hotel is situated near the shopping centre, markets and key establishments.

Nothing that I didn't like. The hotel has met my expectations.
