Night staff was ridiculously rude. One of our group went back to hotel early and couldn't get through a set of double doors she didn't know her room key card had to be put in a slot over at side. She asked the night staff who was soooo rude to her.

Good location, Comfortable Clean Rooms and great value for money for a wee week in the sun!

I'm not a massive fan of the all inclusive food options... for a family I would see the benefit however for my boyfriend and I we ended up eating out! We both agreed that we would return again as self catering or bed and breakfast

The restaurant was nice and new and the food was great!

All the noise from the bars during the night was quite disturbing, but we used earplugs so it was fine.

Comfortable sun beds around the pool, happy lady on pool bar, reception staff were more pleasant than our stay in October, centrally located, supermarket across the road and market every Wednesday and Saturday

Beds are very uncomfortable like laying in a hard board of wood. Fridge only in room, had a fridge freezer on our last stay and was very useful. Had to wear a wristband for a self catering stay, to use the gym was very expensive not that we wanted to but a shame for the people who did.

The food was great and we really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Twin beds for a week. As a couple we prefer a double bed and this may make us chose a different hotel in future. The noise at the front of the hotel is too loud very late into the night and we had very little Sleep on our first night. We asked to move and staff were great telling us it was a problem but we were charged twenty euros for this and we feel that this was not fair.

Wery good location, staff realy nice and the food was exelant. I would stay again absulutly . I wouldrRecoment to other people. The breakfast was realy good and I also had dinner there and it was realy good also. Thank you for all, the stay was realy good. Happy new year.

Realy nothing, The apartment was in old style but wery clean and the bed good so i dont complane if these thing are ok.

The shower was fantastic

The fan in the bathroom was too loud. Space to store clothes and shoes could be more. Bedside table rather small, but USB sockets for charging. Little space for toiletries in the bathroom. But these are all minor issues, but still definitely a small issue to fix.

Love staying there,its clean,staff are lovely and helpful, central location to shops,bars and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. Usually go for 10 days but we had a longer break this time and we loved it, we will be booking soon for our next Christmas holiday. A big thank you.

Clean Apartment with 4 pools in grounds, maid service 5 days a week, sheets changed twice a week. Fridge freezer in kitchen area, large sunny balcony. Safe in bedroom. Card entry.

Staff warned me wi-fi poor, to try on balcony. Cost 28e a week but got refund as didn't in fact really work at all. No visitors allowed at all, even in daytime.
