The peace and calm around the whole hotel. Quiet and relaxing everywhere. There are always free sunbeds during the day (in january). Seafood and fish options are exceptional at dinner. New yeara eve menu was also very nice.

The staff could be much more kind to guests. Sometimes you have to wait at the beachbar and nobody is around. If you go into the restaurant and looks clueless, there are 3-5 people doing their stuff but nobody asks you if they can help you. Neither when you get the eye contact. This is not true to maids, they were very friendly. Sometimes you have eaten your food and still nobody asked what you want to drink. The food (other than sea and grill stuff) is below average, the coffee machine uses instant powder, terrible.

The only negative thing was that when having a dinner, you are not allowed to have a glass of water. ( I ordered and paid for wine and/or beer) …but sometimes you need a sip of water when you come from beach and go directly to dinner. The personal always came to my table and informed (with akward smile and apologies) that when wearing a red wrist-band (half-pension) you are not allowed to have a glass of water. That was the absolutely only one negative thing, the remaining 99% were great.

Very well maintained, good water pressure, room cleaned every day. Free shuttle buses but having a car was handier. Friendly staff especially Isabel! Food good quality and decent variety. We asked for extra coat hangers and got them no problem.

Pool was so cold! Would have used it more if it was slightly warmer.

This property exceeded my expectations, I had a great time and the staff was always so friendly and helpful. I got the all-inclusive pack which is totally worth it and makes for an even more relaxed holiday. The property is very well taken care of, the landscaping is beautiful, the pool was massive and the gym is probably one of the better-equipped gyms I've seen around. The buffet always kept changing and the food was actually pretty good.

The pool was always freezing, a little bit of heating would be great.

This hotel might be just an average 3 star but I'm impressed about the quality of the daily room cleaning, all the shower gels, towels etc replaced it's better than what I seen in many 4-5 star hotels. The breakfast is quite ok, staff is helpful and friendly. Bus service provided to and from the 2 major beaches in the area ... for those it may concern. I will not look any further for accommodation than this when I visiting Maspalomas next time than this.

Wifi is pure garbage I think it was last time as well in the rooms better you get a local simcard with 4G. Jacuzzi was not working and not fixed for 5 days while I been there. Saying that the coffee machine is for "premium" guests only who have dinner lunch included at the breakfast is ridiculous, we will use it anyway. As both the orange/mango juice a sugary filth there is constant line waiting for the fresh orange press machine every morning, maybe consider buying a second one. I was told that for 20 EUR both lunch and dinner are included while this is not true only one and if you pay that only includes a single drink. TBH this quality of food what they serve does not worth that much.

Pool was nice and clean Staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with There is enough room outside the facility to park your (rental) car. Should this be needed, there is a small shop just across the street, bigger shops are easily reachable by car. The food was also good and sufficiently refilled (buffet style).

The location is a bit out of the centre, but this is not a big problem. For the rest no other negative things except one small detail that the door was left "unlocked" by the cleaning crew (night lock - the doors were left on the day lock after cleaning).

Definitely the pool. It's really huge with an embedded whirlpool. The staff is really friendly, especially in the restaurant but also the animation, the cleaning ladies, gardeners, reception. The selection of the food in the morning but also for dinner is great. Great taste and variety of the meal. You can eat well there. Different things to do, like table football, billiard, table tennis, gym. No use of a key (instead a password), so no search of key necessary.

Location is not that good. Nothing really close (restaurants, bars, shopping). If you have a car it doesn't matter. Gym equipment ran down.

I loved that this was a small and quiet resort. You can walk around the entire grounds in less than 5 mins. There is no evening entertainment or children's entertainment during the day in or around the pool / public areas and the music around the pool during the day isn't intrusive, which was perfect for me. Simply put it is a very peaceful and quiet resort and perfect for relaxing in. The resort is nicely laid out with beautiful gardens. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly on every occasion I interacted with them. My room was cleaned every day.

I was in a junior suite. It was quite basic but clean and comfortable enough. I would consider this a 3 star resort (I think it is advertised as 4 stars) but felt the price I paid was appropriate to the stay I experienced. A small fee is charged for using the safe in the room (2.50 Euro per day).

Stunning hotel with a lovely swimming pool and relaxing area. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the breakfast is great as well. But what stands out is the staff and hospitality. I reached a bit early and the girl on the reception (the one with very short hair) went out of her way to make me comfortable and help with an early check-in. On my last day, I had to leave very early so the staff gave me packed breakfast. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that runs at a decent frequency to the 2 main beaches. Overall a great stay

The only small thing is that for the rooms if you open the curtains, you lose all the privacy since the windows face the main way. But if you close the curtains the room becomes very dark.

The Staff at Jardin Dorado was exceptionally amazing, they have definitely made my stay special , Maxi and Joana at the reception were so attentive, kind and friendly, Milly at the restaurant-beautiful smile , excellent customer service , Isabel- bar staff truly made our stay extra special remembering that on the 25 th was my birthday and greeting me with a huge smile and a hug . All about the accommodation was brilliant , public transport nearby, easy to use and cheap, free shuttle provided by the hotel to the main beaches . We will definitely return. Thank you to all that have made our stay so special
