Very lovely place a bit further from the hustle and bustle, meaning it was quite calm neighborhood. The All-inclusive perks were nice, the poolside clean and well-kept. Many types of tourists were seen, from families to young adult groups to elderly couples.

The pool water was not heated so it was quite cool. The hotel is located up a hill and was quite far from the beach and the bigger shopping opportunities. There was a free bus to Maspalomas beach, though. There was supposedly a public bus going to the area but I never saw one. The taxis were quite reasonably priced so it wasn't a huge issue to get around.

It was never too difficult for me, as a solo traveller, to find a lounger by the pool, even though the hotel was pretty busy. The choice at the buffet was vast. The pool is big enough to have a full swim in.

The entertainment at the stage area near the pool bar went on pretty late and was pretty loud, so if you go to bed early be sure to request a quiet room -or take ear plugs! There are a few restaurants and shops in the vicinity, but not much else of interest, and the hotel can feel a bit isolated from Maspalomas, sitting as it does at the top of a steep bank on its outskirts. A shuttle bus service to the beach is laid on in the daytime, however.

The location was central , the housekeeping was excellent , the pool was great and the food was plentiful and good quality

There were some guests who had a fair few drinks who were very loud and used abusive language which was not a nice environment when there are children around. Quite a lot of the daytime music did not match the clientele who I am sure would have preferred more tranquil relaxing music around the pool

facilities were amazing, great pool area with some show times and activities. also room was spotless clean. also staff at front desk were helpful

cocktails at the bar are not proper cocktails. it’s a mix of vodka and some cheap soft drinks. they tasted awful

The Hotel is fantastic! The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. On Thursday night we had abit of a medical issue when my partner took an asthma attack and was later diagnosed with pneumonia at hospital,. The staff in the hotel very quickly jumped into action. A lady called Emeilie from reception was so professional and calm which really helped keep the situation under control, even including upto check out she kept making sure everyone was fine and also a gentleman from reception who's name I cannot remember was an absolute professional! The staff at Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas are an absolute credit to this hotel!

There was honestly nothing to dislike.

Lovely hotel. Especially like the pool. Entertainment wasn't as good as my last visit in 2020 but, its a different team. Shuttle bus to beach is great but could do with a couple of runs later in the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We love where it is as its nice and peaceful but easy enough to get to anywhere by taxis which are cheap and plentiful.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room which would be great addition at little cost. The bath was extremely slippy and we asked for a bathmat which was readily provided but, the layout with the fixed glass shower panel coming almost to the part where the bath slopes upwards, makes it very dangerous. Even with the mat in place, my husband slipped. Very dangerous for children and anyone unsteady on feet. Food very sameish at all meals. Even the Chinese food was repeated the next day at the pool bar. We book all inclusive because we like the option in case we have to stay in but, we actually eat out most evenings and even lunch time.

it is really well located on the island, near to the activities which we wanted to attend

The rooms were not so very well maintained, the bed was not very comfortable, some aspects of the cleaning can be improved (the doors were a little bit dirty and with stains, shampoo and shower gel were missing most of the time)

Everything was great fir me nothing to complain itbwas my second time there and definitely won't be the last one for sure I was happy what we had all inclusive It's just perfect snack bar next to the pool fantastic not only burgers and etc but even salad and soups pasta whatever you want food in the restaurant perfect just perfect

Nice room always cleaned very well. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool. Good entertainment.

Food was very repetitive, aircon not integrated had to leave hot exhaust out window with it open letting alot of noise in. No inside quiet bar at night.

We had a lovely stay! The staff was amazing, special thanks to the restaurant chef who was very helpful with gluten-free meals and everything. The pools were very clean and even though the hotell was quite packed you could always find a place to enjoy the sun. Food was good, breakfast amazing. Atmosphere perfect for a holiday, even though the location is little bit far away (the free bus ride four times a day was really helpful!). Would stay again!

Rooms have everything essential but would be even better with a little bit of fixing and look little older than in the pictures. The bathrooms could do with renovation. Also in the restaurant the plates and glasses are not always crystal clear. But all in all very good quality for the money you pay!
