very recommendable. The clean and nicely styled apartment has an excellent size for 4 persons and is inside equipped with 2 bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, TV & WLAN. But most we did like the very nice and modern style refurbished bathroom including huge rain-shower. Outside you'll have a sunny terrace and a private pool / 4 apartments including a regular cleaning service. The area is calm and w/o traffic, a supermarket is very close. (3 Minutes walk). The beautiful Maspalomas beach is reachable by a short walk of 30 minutes, alternative bus or taxi (5€).). Also thanks to the owners Maria and Laura for taking care on small things and beeing interested in steady improvement of their apartments.

In December 2022, we spent one week with children in Las Almenas. That was the best holiday time! Everything was very good! We liked the location of the place. It is in a quite area of Maspalamas. The road to the Maspalamas beach was very beautiful, peaceful, and quite. The way to beaches (both Playa des Engles and playa des Maspalamas takes about 40 min), but it is very pleasant and relaxing! Finally, these daily trips made our time even better! The property itself is comfortable and clean. There is everything inside which was advertised. The swimming pool is exceptional! It is very cozy and relaxing, to have own table near to the swimming pool! The stuff was very helpful and nice! I fully recommend this place for a relaxing time! If you need to rest from noisy places - this places is just the best one!

Convenience to supermarket, restaurants, transport etc. it was so easy to get anywhere. Good location in general but especially with children aged 10 to 14 it was very handy for Aqua Land and Holiday World - both super hits!

Unfortunately the beds, for us, were not quite comfortable. We were only there for 4 nights, which was just about enough for a family of five given the size of the bungalow with only one bathroom.

Shower was very powerful, loved it. The size of the bungalow was ok for two people.

Some of the facilities need to be changed such as kettle as the coffee had a weird taste when the water got boiled. Sun beds outside looked very ild as well. Bungalow is very dark inside.
