Five minutes walk from the old town of Lugo. very large, very clean hotel. The room was nearly a suite and very comfortable. The staff were a delight and, as it was the first day of the Lugo tapas concurso, they pointed us in the direction of a number of good bars to try some really tasty tapas. Wifi in the room was strong. Easy enough to find and there was on street free parking very nearby. (be aware that the blue zone parking is not in operation-and hasn't been for about six years- which means that all onstreet parking is free). Lugo is a very nice place to visit and the locals were friendly. It is a shoe shoppers paradise with many, many shoe shops. The hotel price was excellent, we were made to feel comfortable and we will happily stay here again.

In common with most Spanish hotels, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

What a Fantastic hotel amazed at the quality with friendly staff in a location that is easy explore Lugo from . Excellent value . The buffet breakfast is of top quality and our grandchildren loved it.

The only problem we initial had was the room temperature at night , which seems to be set at a constant 24C in the night during the winter period a bit hot for us. We were able to solve this by opening the double sliding windows to let air in

Very spacious room, with a sofa and very big bed. Bathroom with a bath, as we wanted. A short distance from the city walls. A very nice breakfast, with multiple options, taste of local cuisine. Very helpful staff members. Important hint - as most of the hotels in the area, kitchen closes for the afternoon and reopens at 8pm, so you need to plan your meals in advance.

Lugo is really a strange city that we would not have liked to miss. The key attraction is the incredible Roman wall around the old centre. The Eurostars is an excellent spot to enjoy the city, just outside the walls although the atmosphere is more like suitable for business travel. The staff was very helpful though with great advice on where to eat.

The area around the hotel is a bit eighties.

I liked the location of the hotel as well as the check-in and check-out efficiency. Also, I liked the rate compared to market.

Service by the staff at the breakfast. As there are different version of machines, I had little difficulty in operating the coffee machine and when requested the staff to help, he just pointed to the machine rather than helping.

After some initial issues, we were upgraded to a suite with a very comfortable bed + nice linens. The hotel is clean, well located to the historic center (with a convenient grocery store). The breakfast options are solid, and the staff are extremely helpful.

Horrible water pressure; less amenities than other Eurostars properties

The hotel was conveniently located within an easy walk of the Roman wall and cathedral and old town. The breakfast was quite good with many options, including plant based milks.

The parking spots in the garage were small. They were in the middle of painting it, which made for fewer spots available. This was our least favorite part of the experience....parking the car.

Excellent location near the Roman Walls. Beautiful room with lots of space. The bed was wonderful. Nice breakfast. Useful and well priced on site Cafe/Bar. Underground car parking on site.

There was nothing to dislike. The city itself is interesting, but apart from the Roman Walls and the Cathedral, there was little else to get excited about.

Great stay on the Camino Primitivo if you are staying in Lugo. Very new, large, and modern for a Camino but super functional and great facilities, especially after a week in smaller places. Staff was great. Highly recommended.
