Spacious apartment just like the photos, perfect for us because we were travelling with two bicycles that fit easily in the living room. Elevator to get to the 6F where we had great sunrise views. Comfortable bed, ample towels, daily cleaning service (unexpected bonus!), bidet, hair dryer with international plug socket, desk, convenient to train station and the old city wall, lots of kitchen cabinet space.

The radiators were quite hot and two were missing the control knob and couldn't be turned down (room thermostat has no effect) so we covered those two with a bath towel to reduce heat transfer. Kitchen was spacious, but needed a cutting board. Salt would also have been nice. Hotel location is a llittle tricky to find; turn off the main road to a short dead end street at the corner with a hotel sign Ciudad de Lugo.

Budget hotel but nice and clean. You can choose to park in the garage for €6 or there’s some outdoor parking available if you’re lucky. The rooms were a bit cold because the apartment is tiled, however, there is a radiator that you can turn on and off. The kitchenette is perfect if you want to cook something, with a mini fridge too. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a 10 minute stroll to the main city area. Dog friendly apartment too.

The living room furniture was a bit old and the restaurant food was quite budget.

No complaints at all about this place, the walled city is about 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was very spacious, friendly staff who spoke English. And a real bonus for motorcyclist is there secure underground garage. We highly recommend the friendly staff, great drink food and unlimited continental breakfast in Cafe Victoria which is attached to the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

Every member of staff with whom we dealt, was profess,friendly and did everything in their power to help us. The hotel garage,accessed by a car lift, was very reasonably priced and easy to use. The breakfast,included in our booking,was very good.

We found it almost impossible to locate the hotel,without asking for directions from members of the public. Once we got close to the hotel, there were easily seen signs, but,even with them, it was difficult. The beds were a little narrow.

Was a huge suite, big bedroom with private bath and separate living room/kitchen area. Very inexpensive, we would have expected to pay double the amount. Nothing fancy, but large, sunny and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Was about an 8 minute walk from the walled city.

Easily walkable to tourist locations & sites and old town. Able to park car at front door was a bonus. It was clean & spacious.

Toilet seat broken & bit of smell when water turned on in the shower. Personally didn’t like the pillow ( only one long one, love individual pillows) The bed was bit uncomfortable

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the Roman wall. Easy parking. A good size apartment. The staff were very friendly and informative. Plus a very good breakfast in the adjoining cafe.

Could have done with better towels, the kitchen in the apartment should have a kettle.

It's a very short walk from both the train station and the bus station; between the two. Also a very short walk to the walled historical centre of town. Good central heating which functioned well, which is very necessary in Lugo in winter. The suite was a lounge with sofa, tve, litte dining table & chairs, then a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Everything in good working order and very clean and tidy. The breakfast waitress was very friendly and pleasant. Ideal spot for a stop over in Lugo.

There was an additional single bed in the lounge area, which I didn't need and hadn't asked for. This was in addition to the two single beds in the bedroom. I was travelling alone. It rather cramped and spoilt the lounge area. This is a minor criticism really.

Reception staff were very helpful. He helped us to store our bikes securely, and park our car in the on-site garage. He provided great information about the local area. on-site cafe was great too and very good value.

it was very hot weather and there was no air-con.However, this was exceptional conditions and we slept well with ventilation.

The location was convenient. 7 to 10 walk from the bus terminal. Lots of restaurants, convenience store and a laundromat walking distance. The apartment was cozy and it had plenty of light and a kitchenette.
