Although the location is on a secondary street, you can access the hotel directly from the main street since there is a pedestrian alley with lights so it is safe. The beds are very comfortable and even though the room is very tinny, it is enough for a short stay. The room doesn't have a hairdryer, however, you can ask at the reception and they will lend you one for free with a previous deposit of 10€ that will be returned when you hand back the hairdryer. The location is perfect since it is near the subway which connects you downtown in just 17min (direct line).

The room was mainly quiet, nevertheless, you could hear the ambulance or police with the sirens when passing by since the hotel is near a busy street.

It was a clean room in minimalistic style. Our child loved the bunk bed. Breakfast was good for the price.

The receptionist (lady) at night time on October 23rd was trying to sell to me an adapter for 8Euro, when the next morningI boughtit from them for 3Euro only. The bathroom had an almost transparent glass door, and the toilet had no lock on the door. The room is really small, so there is no privacy whatsoever. Not the best choice if you're traveling with a toddler who likes to open doors.

We arrived quite early but they let us check in, which was amazing for us. And another thing I like is they have their own parking place downstairs (need to reserve on the day of arriving), feel much safer and convenient.

Light in toilet. It turns off every few seconds. And there is a smoke detector, and shining strongly during the whole night, disturbed us a lot. And we got a room with an extra kid bed above, good for family travellers but not us. my head got hit two three times. Pillows are bit soft

Excellent location right next to Metro. If one has the tourist card, central location is not essential. Small, friendly, minimalistic hotel best suited for a short city break on budget.

Shower head was a bit damaged, not providing proper shower. Breakfast a tad simple and repetitive, take that into account if staying more than a couple of nights.

For a budget hotel, very good use of the space available. Bright and cheerful decor. Breakfast good value. Very comfortable bed and very clean fresh room.

Breakfast room cramped but good use made of limited space. Certainly did not detract from our enjoyment of the fresh breakfast offerings.

This is a budget hotel so do not expect too much of it. It is great value for money, the grocery stores are close, the metro station too. The room is small but you get all that is needed. The breakfast is basic. I recommend this hotel for the price and cleanness. You do not go to Madrid to spend time in hotel.

Location is perfect, it's about 1min walking to the metro station. The breakfast was good, for 6euros, it was perfect. The staff incredibly helpful & friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Extremely comfortable rooms, very clean! The hotel is located a few steps away from the metro that takes you right to the city center into the heart of Madrid!! Very good restaurants nearby. And... wonderful people at the reception!!! We needed help at some point during our vacation, and they were absolutely fantastic!!!!

Super friendly staff, long hours for breakfast and right next to a subway station which will have you in the city centre in 10 minutes.

Not much in the way of local bars and restaurants at night if you want to stay local but the connection and proximity to the tube makes up for it.
