Located on bustling Gran Via you are right in the centre of Madrid, surrounded by shops & restaurants & walking distance to the Prado Museum & the Palace. The room was spacious with a large super comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size with the shower over the bath. The minibar was a bonus to keep milk for tea/coffee. The rooftop pool was refreshing after a day’s walk in the city. The staff were pleasant & helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations & booking taxis. The added touch of a welcome small bottle of cava was a nice surprise.

Our room looked out to a back street. There was a lot of noise at night. It seemed as if goods were being delivered below us. There were many lights but none that were bright enough to read by. The pool was cramped & uninviting. We did not find the spa.

The hotel is in the heart of Madrid, namely on Gran Via, the main shopping street intersecting with many narrow streets opening to hundreds of cafes, bars and restaurants. It is a very lively and therefore quite noisy street but even tough I was on the first floor facing the street, I had no problems (probably thanks to double-windows). Staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast has many choices for every taste and the small bar is very cosy with friendly bartenders. Overall the hotel is comfortable and clean, in a location where many of the major sightseeing activities are in walking distance.

The location was excellent. The room size was big and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Everything was good except when we tried calling to ask for parking details prior to our visit. Firstly it was difficult to reach them and then when we got through a very rude staff attended the call and hung up the phone while I was talking. Not very hospitable. Though all staff on the property are very nice.

All the staff we met were courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast display was exceptional, plentiful and fresh. We did have a meal in our room 1 evening and again it was well presented and freshly cooked. The hotel is situated in Madrid city centre close to bus routes and Metro. Our room was overlooking the main street but noise wasn't a problem. Plenty of storage space and the bathroom looked newly refurbished. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, as well as the rooms, and the staff was incredibly eager to help with everything and genuinely seemed kind. It was great that the hotel also had a great and functioning AC system. Check in and check out were also very quick and easy. I would stay here again!

The only frustrating thing was that cell service was almost non-existent in the rooms, and the wi-fi also didn't seem to work most days. It worked great the first day, but the rest of the days was almost useless.

Great room! We stayed on the 6th floor in a superior double room with terrace and jacuzzi. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience the jacuzzi on the terrace looking out onto the city was great but also no overlooked so you got the best of both worlds. The room was exceptionally clean and the facilities were perfect with a well stocked mini bar. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Roof top pool looked lovely although we never used it due to having a private jacuzzi. The location of the hotel was perfect! we would 100% go back again

Beautiful Jacuzzi, beautiful terrace, large and comfortable bed.

I was expecting it to have more of a view, there's not much to see. They should really consider putting an umbrella in the terrace because it is nice, specially with the Jacuzzi, but during the morning and part of the afternoon the sun is too sharp. We thought the interior design was poor and boring. And that the room was small for the price we payed. Overall experience for what it was.

The size of the room was perfect considering the location. The bed was massive! And so comfortable. The bathroom big, very good lighting throughout the room. The rainfall shower was lush and I loved there was storage under the sink. The room decorated beautifully and I loved the floor Tom ceiling windows. Although we didn’t have a view of Gran Via, it was lovely to have the windows open and get fresh air into the room. Lovely selection of tea/coffee in the room. If I do visit Madrid again I will be staying here again. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, however we did have a drink in the bar. The food on the restaurant menu looked delicious and very well priced considering the location of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great Hotel, great staff member and amazing location. The room was great, very confortable and clean. Room service is great, but only opens until 1am. Definitely one of the best hotels in Madrid I’ve stayed.

I am not sure what are the housekeeping guidelines, but I was coming from an extend Work trip and needed some good long rest. House keeping kept knocking at my door and sending notes under the door to do the cleaning, even though the “Do not Disturb sign was at my door” lady was super nice tho when I spoke to her. As I mentioned before, I don’t know if it’s part of the hotel policies to force the house keeping service to do this. Besides that, it is an amazing hotel!

The breakfast was incredible!!!! I was sad we only stayed the one night because I wanted to stay another just for round two of that! Also, the staff was lovely and there is artwork throughout the hotel that you can buy.

We booked this hotel specifically for the heated pool they had advertised online. The picture was beautiful and the view looked amazing. We double checked when we got in that it was open, rushed through our shopping and were excited to finish the night with a rooftop soak. Turns out the only "heated pools" they have are actually private jacuzzis. The all-access one on the roof was FREEZING cold and absolutely not for use in the middle of February.
