The location is good, the service is good, I would like to note the girl at the reception that she knows English and could explain to us what and how. The rooms are quite comfortable, it was pleasant to sleep.

I would like to mention the shower. It was terrible, from all the booths only one was working. For such a large hostel, this is a problem, I wanted to pay attention to it. As for the room, the ceilings are upholstered, it definitely needs cosmetic repairs. The niche for things under the bed closes, but not quite reliably, there are gaps and you can move the box to the side, stick your hand in easily and pull out what you need.

Location is unbeatable, staff is nice, beds are comfortable, with reading light and two power outlets. Nice big towel and lock is included. Locker with big space. Quick check in and check out. You can leave your bags before check in and after check out for free. Big and nice common area. Lots of showers and bathrooms with hot water, shower gel and hairdryer. Awesome hostel! (First hotel that is just like the pictures)

The hostel is pretty nice, and the location is great. The beds are really comfortable, there is a lift, and the wifi is really good. The bathroom is big enough. The common area is also good. I had a problem with my locker, but they fixed it as soon as I complained about it at the reception.

The breakfast is not so good for it to be charged 6 euros. That could be improved. They charge you 2 euros if you need to let your luggage there after the check-out. Before the check-in, they didn't charge. The room gets really hot during the night if you don't open the window. If you open the window, the noise may disturb you.

I highly recommend room00 to anyone looking for a great hostel in Madrid in a reasonable price. It has a great location, in the heart of Madrid, at Gran Vía, close to Sol and many of the city's top attractions. The area is also very safe and LGBT-friendly (close to gay district). The hostel has a 24-hour reception, so you can check in or out at any time of day or night. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hostel has a modern and stylish décor. But it not only looks good: the beds at room00 are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in in a hostel. The mattresses are firm and the sheets are soft. The hostel is also clean and tidy. The staff does a great job of keeping the common areas and bathrooms clean.

Among a couple things that could be improved I would mention a breakfast which was a bit lacking in variety (although also very good priced). There were only a few options each day, and they didn't change. It would be nice to have more variety, especially for people who are staying at the hostel for an extended period of time. There were no hooks or shelves in the rooms to hang clothes. A few would be a helpful addition to store your things. The lockers require a separate key, it would be perfect if the lockers could be opened with the same key-card as the room door.

Very good location, near a neighborhood full of different kinds of pubs and restaurants. Fur example, close to it there is a Indian restaurant with a 13€ daily menu that it's quite good. Also there is a supermarket 3 minutes walking from the hostel. And a short walking distance of museums like El prado. The reception is open 24 hours so you can ask help any time. I saw that the cleaning of the showers and bathrooms are daily. I selected this accommodating with other needs in mind, but for tourism I think it's good. :)

I'm ok with the following list, but I think it could be important for other travellers. There is only a microwave in the kitchen. And I think that I didn't't saw a fridge. It's not a social hostel so It could be a bit hard to start a conversation with other travellers. The showers failed a bit, so I recommend checking it beforehand. The outlets on the bed are a good idea, but the shelf is not big enough for the phone.

Although I'm sleeping with other people, the fact that there was a curtain I was very satisfied because we all need a little privacy. Locks were provided so no need to bring. Breakfast was worth it for 6€ you get variety of cereals, bread, croissant, doughnuts, cake, ham, cheese, egg with potato (typical Spanish) but was awful. For the beverage they have juices, coffee and some powdered drinks. Toilet was maintained clean which was awesome.

Lobby area could be improved (more seats). The only cons is when you sleep with other people in the room, you get surprises at night like snoring very loud and going out from time to time to go to the toilet but other than that I´m happy I booked this place.

Location 10/10 - Located in the middle of Calle Gran Via, that is one of the best locations to stay in Madrid. You have a close access to metro station Gran Via, train station Sol, and bus station Sevilla/Sol. Also the place is located quite close to famous tourist attractions like Puerta del Sol, Plaza de España and Plaza Mayor. Staff 10/10 - They were so kind from the first moment to the last. They helped me with storing my luggage and whenever I had any problem they offered help with all their kindness. They also advised me a very delicious pizza store called Pizza Vesuvio- 10/10 recommendation. Breakfast 7/10 - 6 euro per day, you are free to choose what you are gonna have. It’s just not my type of breakfast that’s why it’s 7/10. But you may like it - and also the lady working there was so kind. Price 10/10 - I found this place at minute and got the benefit of last minute deal. It was incredible to stay in a place like this in a city like Madrid just for €13/night. Nowhere you can find a better place with the same conditions. Facilities 10/10 - The toilets/bathrooms were clean and the price was towel included which is something you cannot find in many places. They gave us the locker for only deposit which is also something other places may charge you for. In total, it was a very good experience from the beginning to the end and it is highly recommended. The best place to stay when you visit Madrid - 10/10! ¡Muchas gracias por todo! 🇪🇸

Location is great. The hostel is at the main street and walking distance to major sightseeng locations. Staff is very polite and helpful. Quite good breakfast for additional price. Beds were comfortable and bed linen was clean.

Bathrooms quantity and cleanliness - The hostel was very crowded and In the mornings when all girls wake up and go to toilet and shower not enought cabins and space, and you should wait. Recommendation - to clean after 9 am when all girls disappear ))) so later visitors can enjoy cleaned space. No mirrors in the room, not enough mirrors in shared big toilet rooms, no hooks in the room for outer cloches and jackets.

The location is prime. The beds are confortable and the sheets are clean. The staff was helpful. Plenty of bathrooms.

Well... the room was shared with people that spoke on the phone, despite the fact that at least I was trying to sleep, some guy even smoked on the balcony and I had to ask him not to do that... happened againg at 22.00h. The other day the some dude, who rented a bed there spoke ALL day on the phone with his home friends from bed, left the room around 21.00h, leaving the lights on.. and nobody closed the lights out of respect, with the hope that he will return. The location is wonderfull, people are hard to manage... I would encourage the establishment to recommend the use of common rooms.
