Good location, normal prices, friendly professional staff

My bed in room 315 was small for me

Hotel is at excellent location, staff is amazing. Friendly and supportive 24/7. After reported issue with A/C device in my room, got another one without problem. Even staff transfer my luggage to the another room. Warm recommendation. Would really like to see hotel upgraded.

Hotel is a bit outdated and need some refurbishment. Mattress in the second room crying for replacement. Had issue with A/C device in my room, producing constant strange noises even when is off, which cannot be fixed. Breakfast is very basic, it is really pity, easily can be improved. At hotel basement is night club which can be a problem for some.

Location and price is good, staff are helpful

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. And it was really clean.

The fact that we didn't have a remote to control the A.C. so we had to borrow it from the front desk. The hair dryer in our room wasn't working, and I couldn't find the iron in the room. The towels, I believe, need to be changed bc they smell really bad after taking a shower. The bathroom doesn't have a ventilation system or a window, and it gets really stuffy.

I like the most great location, cleanliness of my room and whole hotel and fact that staff speak english and employees are kind. Also the WiFi connection was absolutely ok. And even if I had a small room just for one person, I had a small balcony, that was very nice surprise!

The doors to the balcony couldn´t be closed completely thus it was a little bit noisy. But that´s what you can expect if you are at the center of big city. The only uncomfortable thing (for me) was that there wasn´t proper duvet cover. Doesn´t matter in the summer but I would really appreciate it once I will visit this hotel in the winter :)

Very good location, you can reach any attraction by foot. Very friendly staff, they allowed me early check in without any question or cost. I booked single room and I got double room with 2 single beds - very nice.

They shoud do something about heating. Room was heated with air-condition and that was more or less good. But bathroom had no heating, it was freezing in bathroom.

The excellent location and the cleanliness, the room was immaculate clean. Also, I arrived quite late in the evening, but the receptionist was super friendly and helpful, I appreciated it. Bed was very comfy. There was a balcony overviewing the square, I loved it.

The room is quite small, there is hardly any room to open a large suitcase.

Superb location... One small block from La Gran Vía. Next to a beautiful plaza with great cafes and restaurants. It was clean. The room was little, but comfortable, with blackouts. Breakfast was simple, but good. The receptionists were very nice and helpful.

The lady who served the breakfast was not kind to me and to the other guests. We talked about it during breakfast. The bed was not too comfortable.

This place would be a total 10 because the rooms the staff and the location were amazing! Is was cosy and quiet despite being in the center

Unfortunately the time of my checkin I found hair in the bathroom and my bedsheets were smelling really bad like not well washed which really broke all my good mood.... of course when I asked for help the staff immediately helped to solve it

Reasonably priced and centrally located just steps from the Gran Via and lively Chueca area of Madrid. The rooms are simple and modern, with very effective double glazing - you can´t hear a sound from outside even when there is a lot of traffic or people in the street.

One minor thing - the bed was a little on the small side for 2 adults used to having a king size mattress.
