Spacious and comfortable rooms. A kitchenette with suitable accessories for our needs. The bathroom has a modern shower, accessories, toiletries, and guest slippers. All the attentive and friendly staff responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. We use the dry cleaning and laundry service, and our clothes came back ironed and perfumed. Great job!

We wish the hotel had at least one ice machine as the mini fridge doesn't get cold enough to freeze. Some of the decors seemed old, but we noted extensive remodelling plans, including furniture and air conditioning, are underway. Maybe our room will become part of the remodelling program when we leave.

Staff and service. Excellent location. We received excellent service and attention from the staff of the hotel. I was surprised to be able to read the local newspapers that are posted daily in the reception for your enjoyment. The Basilica is in an excellent location, with many restaurants, cafes and bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets.

WiFi Internet service was slow most of the time. Our room was located across from a restaurant and right across from the dumpsters. Therefore, the disposal of glass waste from the restaurant and the collection of the municipal nightly public garbage service was particularly cumbersome and noisy (a characteristic of the city of Madrid. I would highly recommend double glassing. And, of course, ice machines! Since the small refrigerators at the suites do not make enough ice.

Something that I loved was the possibility of reading the newspaper daily. It is available to guests at the reception. They even allow you to take it to your room to read it in peace. Pure luxury!

I stayed in a one bed suite which had 2 twin beds in the bedroom, plus a sofa bad (which I was told was for a child, but would be suitable for one, maybe even 2 adults). The room was very clean and spacious, even when the sofa bed was extended. Toiletries were provided and the hairdryer in the bathroom was a proper hairdryer. The room was accessible by stairs and 2 lifts. There were steps up to the lift lobby and a chair lift available, but it might be tricky for people with small children in a buggy. Quick and friendly check-in and check-out. 10 minute walk to the metro which brings you directly to the airport. Lots of places nearby to eat (cheap and expensive options). About 20 minutes to get to the centre although there are lots of shops nearby too. Minibar in the kitchenette with a few drinks at reasonable prices (more expensive than local shop, but not extortionate)

The room had little to no soundproofing. This was a big problem for me as I am a light sleeper. I got a fright one night as I thought someone had come into the bedroom, but it was a guest in the neighbouring room I could hear talking through the walls. I stayed 5 nights in the hotel and every morning I was awake at 7am as I could hear other guests moving about, talking and showering. I was disappointed as other than that it was a great hotel. No cleaning products provided so I couldn't wash up any cutlery that I had used (the maid took care of it but I would have done it myself if cleaning products provided)

The apartment hotel is wonderful with real big apartments that feel like living in your own house and have everything you need inside them. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom modern and spotless, the bedroom wonderful and quiet

The Wi-Fi was a little on and off the first couple of days but it might have been a problem with my devices . It improved and it was stable

A good place for mid-long term stay, large family. It's got a kitchenet. Location is great if you do business around the Azca area, visit family members around the area, go shopping at Corte Inglés or which to stay close to Bernabeu. Very comfortable.

I can't say anything bad about the hotel, it is what I expected. Although, not related to the hotel itself, both nights I stayed, witnessed a couple fighting hard in the park in front if my window, clearly under the influence of something. It happened at around 5:30am both nights. Couldn't sleep after that.

We had a nice corner room with a patio to enjoy coffee in the morning. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was exceptionally clean and neat. We had a nice breakfast only a few steps away.

A little noisy when they clean the streets. Would have helped if we closed the window. Lol.

large apartment with multiple living spaces making for a very comfortable stay. we even had two balconies in our room that we didn’t know about when booking! nice area with some lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance. great location for access to city- door to door 30 mins to city- and for access to park for Mad Cool festival. perfect location for our stay.

Location and friendly staff. Requested the one bedroom suite for the 3 of us, which offered plenty of room. Liked the kitchenette. Many good restaurants nearby and taxi service are available across the street.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so it was a bit loud. Street noise. Price for 1 night was higher than I'd had like to pay.

Fully met the expectations, good for travel with kids, when they need to eat "at home" not outside. The small kitchen was so helpful. Good location if you need to be close to Nuevos Ministerios and cuatro Camino's districts, the best place to connect to any metro lines, Airport line, Chamartin Train station, Moncloa Bus Station, and Bernabeu Stadium. Good Place for Shopping lovers either. Not in the Center of the City, but not far by metro or other transport.
