I always stay here when I come to Madrid, good price, good service and close to the Metro.

The PILLOWS! It really is time to change them.

The bed was big for just one person and very comfortable. Separate bathroom with plenty of room to walk around. The room came with a decent-sized TV, fridge, desk, and extra closet room. I was greeted with a smile and given proper directions to a place to eat and places to see in the area. The WiFi maintained a good connection, even during times I required video conferences. The AC was in good working order, during one of the hottest days in Madrid.

No complaints.

Good location and great value for money compared to many other hotels in Madrid. Hotel is close to public transport and walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket & shops. Basic decoration but clean and confortable rooms with good shower, wi-fi & desk. Staff is friendly & welcoming. Option to include buffet breakfast at a reasonable price.

Could not open window as it was broken but not a major issue as there was air conditioning.

The stuff is very nice, they kept our luggages after we checked-out. The breakfast was very diversificated, we had a lot of options. It is a really typical spanish breakfast, we also had rosca de reyes since it was reyes magos festivity. The room was nice, we had an AC what we used as a heater. You have a metro station at 8 min walk and it goes directly to the city center.

I spent my last night in Spain at the Infanta Mercedes hotel and had a pleasant stay. A 5-minute walk from the Tetuan metro station, it makes it super easy to get to either the airport of the two train stations. Since I had a flight the following morning, this made it quite convenient to make my way to the airport. It was a bit expensive for a single room, but cheaper than most similar hotels in Madrid. The room was more spacious than expected for a single room, and came with A/C, a small tv, and a mini fridge. The bathroom showed some signs of age, but was clean and suited my needs. They offer a buffet breakfast for 7 euro in the morning, but I was leaving too early to try it. Though public transportation will take you anywhere, the Infanta Mercedes hotel might be considered a little far from the action for those wishing to explore Madrid. But for a short stay, it was exactly what I needed.

The breakfast was ok, fair for the daily price. I do wish the food was a little better but it did the trick. I didn’t particularly care for the coffee though but it was necessary to get the day started. Location was perfect, quiet, never once disturbed while I slept, but I did face the interior so that helped. Room was comfortable, good space for one person. Although if you’re traveling with two definitely upgrade.

I was a bit turned off by the front desk agent the night I arrived. My Spanish is by no means perfect, but it’s not bad either. He was VERY unfriendly when I checked in. The airline had lost my luggage and I tried telling him they’d be delivering it the next day. He seemed irritated when he pulled out the book to make a note. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but when a Spanish couple came in after me and greeted him, he immediately started smiling and his entire demeanor changed. I didn’t want to take it personal, but how couldn’t I? Other than that everything was very good.

Its was a very comfortable room and clean. Very near to bus stop and metro station, you could easily go to centre or anywhere in madrid. The staff was very friendly. I would like to go again there.

Sometime you hear noise from the other rooms, such as someone closes the door or flush the toilet, specially at night

We loved the location and especially to be very close to a 24/7 Carrefour express store. Very convenient when you arrive very late. Check in was very late (11:00 pm) but we didn't have any problems. The AC worked fine and the bathroom was clean and with a good shower (excellent water pressure for a relaxing shower)

Just the pillows, they were very flat and we need to ask for an additional one.

The hotel is closed to public transportation facilities and other services like supermarkets and restaurants are near by as well. The single room I was in had space for all my things and could probably fit more. The staff is also extremely polite and friendly and made my stay genuinely better.

nice window view, cleanliness, professional service at the reception, powerful air condition during summer heat, comfy beds.

noisy customers around you while leaving or checking in, coffee machine in spanish (not all are spanish speakers), breakfast staff do not speak english.
