H10 Tribeca

- Large room with large bed, large bathroom, lots of windows for natural light and ventilation. - Air-conditioning is powerful! But also lots of fresh breeze at night if you turn off the AC and open all the windows. - Staff are really friendly and helpful. - Hotel decor is tasteful and promotes a relaxed, comfortable state of being. - Lots of trees outside. The surrounding area is green and not too busy, mostly residential, with public spaces and many restaurants, pubs and grocery shops around. - Many bus stops nearby, close to some shopping streets - a short taxi ride to the airport (max 20 minutes) - room TV has a good selection of channels, mostly Spanish

- Not sure if it was the season (mid June) or if these are standard rates for Madrid, but I felt I paid a lot for a room in Spain (~€180/night w/o breakfast). Although, if I compare the size of the room, large bed, large bathroom, amenities and overall service level, this would easily cost £300+ in UK and €250-300+ in the more expensive European cities. - nearest subway/underground stations are a 10 minute walk.

The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. So many different options, and everything is delicious. The receptionists are polite and fully fluent in English. The room is big, and the bed and pillows are very comfy. The bathroom is perfect, and you will find all the necessary amenities, such as toothpaste, body milk, etc. In the neighborhood, there are many restaurants and shops, and it seems completely safe, even late at night.

Wear and tear on the furniture. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't affect the functionality at all, but I didn't expect it in a hotel of this category. The room, in general, looks newer in the photo. Still, I will gladly return to this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience during our stay at H10 Tribeca hotel in Madrid! The hotel impressed us with its modern decor and unique details. The welcoming library at the entrance created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches that added to our comfort and enjoyment. One of the highlights was the hotel's superb location, just minutes away from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, a shopping center, and public transportation. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's services and amenities were top-notch. The parking and electric car charging facilities were a great bonus. The quality of the rooms was impeccable. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotless. We loved the minibar stocked with cookies, chocolates, and refreshing beverages. Additionally, the 100% cotton towels added a luxurious touch to our stay. The hotel staff provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. Their hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel's restaurant surpassed our expectations, especially the breakfasts. They were delicious, varied, and included a gluten-free section, which we appreciated. Opting for the breakfast package was definitely worth it. In conclusion, our stay at H10 Tribeca was outstanding in every aspect. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid and looking for a memorable and delightful experience. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Exquisite room, breakfast, dinner, staff and flawless clean design, in a location between 2 metro stations and several bus lines. I recommend the tasty fast food Fitzgerald burger place a minute away. Every staff member I encountered were both proffessional, kind and useful- even let me print, fill my reusable water bottles with water from the lobby. All in all great find. Not the cheapest but definitelt worth the price. The food in the hotel dinner is top notch- I really recommend it! I ate amazing rissotto, chicken parmasan salad, croquettes, antrecote with fries, a cake and ice cream (woah don't look at me like that, two spearate dinners lol)

There was a power out during my last night, fortunately the air con still worked. The staff were kind enough to let me charge my many devices after my checkout, let me stay in the lobby for as many hours as I needed before my train to Barcelona and even had a nice conversation with me :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful right from check-in. They gave us information about the area and how to move around. We also booked a parking space and it was useful to be warned before driving in that the lanes were narrow. We managed to park without scratching the car!

The underground parking lot space is reduced and you really need good driving skills not to scratch your car. Definitely not recommended for big cars as the space for maneuver us reduced and it can get a little stressful trying not to damage your car while making lots of moves.

Perfectly situated for those attending the Real Madrid Stadium Santiago Bernabéu, the hotel boasts friendly staff, particularly Sylvia, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and a personal touch. She was truly eager to assist us, offering valuable advice about various places. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and featured sizable bathrooms.

Wi wanted 2 separated beds but we got only one large.

The room was confortable, the bathroom was super! i like de lobby decor. the beds where ok. the complementary amenties where rly good, like they give you a shoe polish, toothbrush, and showecap, and others. Plus the shampoo and conditioners smelled soo goood! although it is not in a bad location, walking distance from the bernabeu, and the corte ingles CASTELLANA, that is amazing, it is not in city center, where you can walk and tourits.

The hotel was pretty cute and the rooms super spacious. I loved the bathroom and the air conditioner/heater. The room in general was super good. Also the hall and staff were great but we just stayed for a night so we didn’t use all the facilities.

Just one thing. The floors were made of stone which is luxurious and nice but in winter they were super cold. Even though we had the heater on I couldn’t walk with bare feet. The bed had a confortable carpet though. This issue would be fixed offering slippers to the guests.

The location - 5min from the metro station. Kindness of the staff.

When turned on the A/C on the room i stayed (#913) has a strong smell and moist. I needed to open the window to renew the air inside. As i turned it of immediately when i started to smell it, it was not very distributing, but for periods of operations, it can be very unpleasant. it did not harm of the overall stay and the hotel is quite pleasant

I have stayed here before and it's a very nice hotel in Madrid. Easy to get to from the airport via the Metro and close to Real Madrid's stadium. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and I look forward to staying here again the next time I am in Madrid.

The bar staff could do with some customer service training. When asked for 2 large beers the barmaid (I think her name was Jimena) did not pour them correctly and they were full of head. About 1/3rd of the glass was just foam. When they settled I asked her to top them up and she proceeded to tell me that's how they are supposed to be (it's not) and then begrudgingly filled them up. She was annoyed, topped them up quickly and then put them down on the counter hard, causing them to spill on the counter. She was also muttering under her breath, I can speak enough Spanish to know she was not happy. Thankfully the other bar staff poured our second round of beers and guess what? A perfect gentleman and each pint was poured perfectly!
