Great location (about 3 minutes to the beach) and beautiful view from the room, many restaurants with various offer and tasty food, very nice and friendly staff. Nice pools with many sunbeds next to it and bali beds, which was big advantage. The thing we also liked were daily evening shows (mostly live music). Preferred club's pool wasn't crowded at all, so it was great place to rest. Also minibar content was included in preferred club offer.

Entrance door to the room wasn't seal properly, so it let the light through and was very noisy if someone was talking or just passing in the corridor, which was frustrating at night. Shower was leaky, so after shower there was always flood on the floor, which was wooden panels btw and water went under the floor.

The location is super nice! It is close to the beach but still not in the middle of the Magaluf chaos. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They went the extra mile to have a proper welcome :) Thanks for the macaroons, I loved them! Generally the room had a very nice sea view and was modernly decorated. The room is big and so is the the balcony. The housekeeping staff can be a bit intrusive (but that was quickly addressed by the reception team). The evening entertainment was spot on and fun! The 2 bands from South Africa were really good and had wonderful voices :) Apart from that they have multiple restaurants with different specialties to chose from. Throughout the day there is an open adult only restaurant with seafood. Bonus for the preferred member option: - You could enjoy the private adult pool where you can get some free snack, fruits and drinks throughout the day - The sun beds were very comfortable. And the setup is relaxing. - you can enjoy the minibar and snacks in your room, as it is included

Although they have multiple restaurants, for dinner it would be nice to have an adult only restaurant as well (not a must but would be nice) :)

The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and the room was already ready. Although they can be very busy (especially if it's Summer) they are still polite and helpful. The hotel facilities are really good. Everything was clean. We mostly used the adults pool by Oceana and it was always clean and nice. The hotel is a short walk to the beach which is great (although the beach itself is not exactly great).

The service in the restaurant was terrible. We were in Oceana the first day and had to wait almost 2 1/2 hours for our food. We're not sure if they forgot our original order but it seemed like it because they came to us one hour later asking for our order again. I was told that they were undermanned and only had one cook in the kitchen, which is terrible considering it was peak season. In fairness to the manager, he did not make us pay for our paella.

Recently the hotel was opened with its new design. We felt directly warmly welcomed in the lobby. The staff was during our stay very friendly and always tried to make us happy. We enjoyed the adults-only pool and restaurant – as this is an excellent place if you are looking for something calmer. The gym was perfect, with high-quality equipment, where you can find everything you need.

In our opinion, the housekeeping didn’t clean the room properly. The floor was still dirty also the tapware hadn’t been cleaned. It seems that they only made the bed and left directly. Also, it was sad that most restaurants weren’t open, which they could have mentioned during the booking. There was just one option for breakfast and dinner, which got crowded, and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed (but they always tried their best). One hour before dinner stopped, we felt pressure, since everyone had started to clean and food was missing, so we ate our dinner in a hurry. But all these were just minor things.

The room was very clean, the view wonderful, staff very friendly and helpfull, the location excellent, Close to the beach.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I may add just a sugestion regarding the meal, that was too repetitive, and basic. Although the taste was delicious. :)

Just came back from vacation and would love to thank all the staff from this wonderful hotel. We felt ourselves at home - I have never seen such a great team work, so professional and so friendly personnel. Some words about accommodation - the hotel is totally renovated, just opened a couple of month ago. Great big rooms with different occupancy (we had 2-rooms suite), all is so stylish and new. If you want some quite places without kids, there are several buildings “adults only”, plus restaurant and separate swimming pool. Everything was perfect: cleaning, mini-bar with free drinks, air conditioning, 2 big balconies with nice view. We had all-inclusive option, which turned out to be also great for families - you can eat and drink in all restaurants, the quality of the food and drinks is spectacular. You can see a menu from seafood restaurants on my pictures, so with this “unlimited luxury” everything is included. There are several a-la-carte restaurants (burgers, Italian food, Mediterranean, seafood and etc.) and 2 big buffet restaurants with fantastic variety of the food - lots of vegetables, fresh fish and meat on grill, Spanish specialities and local dishes. You never stay even a minute without the food and drinks! Our personal love - Pintxos restaurants with lots of tapas and great wine menu (for extra price). And, of course, midday coffee with the most delicious carrot cake I’ve ever had:) There are 2 big swimming pools - one with kids playground and mini-club (special thanks to Mar, Dora and Garbi), 1 quite pool and very nice gym with spa area. The hotel stays not far from the seaside (5 min of walking distance) which was very nice for us, as Magaluf itself seems to be more party loud place with lots of young drunk guys with strange behavior - but it was so great to rest in calm and safe place. We did not even want to leave our oasis:) Many thanks, guys, for everything! We were so happy to spend a week with you:)

Food, location and staff were great, very helpful staff, great choices on food, plus had extra restaurants for preferred club guests as well as extra pools and gated accomodation. Everything was always immaculately clean, and the linch at the oceana restaurant was exceptionally well cooked. Club lounge and bars were very handy. Junior suites were a very good size.

All 4 pillow cases had a very strong musty smell, in both of out junior suite rooms. Would have expected better, had to ask twice for them to be changed. The 2 pool tables were constantly in use by younger kids, as was the single ping pong table. Small gripes to be fair.

The hotel has only recently reopened after an extensive renovation. not all facilities are open however what’s open is fantastic. the staff truly are amazing. the hotels beautiful, the foods fantastic. looking forward to returning next year.

sadly lots of negative guests who sadly had nothing but negative things to say about the hotel and staff. we as a family of 5 had no issues.

I like everything! I've been chosing hotel for 2 months, and this is 1 of 3 hotel with 4 ✨ what I can give really 4 and + ! (Just be noted we were first time in Mallorca and this is one of the 3 hotel what we bought. The location is amazing with amazing view from the room(ocean view). The staff is very friendly and helpful, animators are very communicate as well. This is WERY IMPORTANT! The room was nice and clean, even toothbrush and toothpaste, with some make-up cleaning stuff including! So cool! The most exciting was that we could dive straight from the hotel (1 minute away from our room!) I fed the fish from my hands. Drinks is not Europeans, but we were happy enough. Even when they are meeting you with champagne on the breakfast! It's so cool...and the wine and beer were also good (opening bottles on your eyes!) Food! So good! Every day different, lots of options! Pizza is sooooooo gooood! I REALLY RECOMMEND IT! I appreciate when staff respect their customers! I give 5 ⭐ for staff I want to come back here with my children. All the best for you all!

The only one thing... only for adults... bars closing a bit early.. could be til 01 am... And table water.. I've been missing it where to get it when we came back late night from town. But anyway You are good!
