The friendly stuff knows how to welcome clients including the friendly cleaning ladies. I was lucky to get an upgrade to the upper floors with a sea view. The bed was very comfy and I liked the fresh cleaned and good smelling warm blankets (yes it was pretty chilly in the first nights). Location is perfect for everything you need. Parking is available in the side streets or back of the house. Remember NOT to park where you see yellow lines, blue lines you have to pay. White lines or no lines, free parking.

I am not expecting a fancy kitchen, but a good pan, a sharp knife, something to flip or use for the pan and a good wine opener, doesn't cost the world and would be nice to add. There must be a reason why there are only single beds, also a reason why the pool only opens at 9 and closes already at 18.30. The price is too high.

very functional, spacious apartment with all kitchen equipment needed to cook for oneself and an excellent shower. The apartement is very close to the next bus stop as well as the beach area and there are shops at every corner around for groceries or other useful things/ beach supply etc. The personell was very helpful to provide us with both a water boiler and a coffe-maker, which we highly appreciated. Fast check-in and useful luggage-storage on our day of departure. We didn't use the (quite beautiful) pool area, but appreciated the possibility to have it at the apartment complex.

the only thing that could be better is the beds; there were no double beds and once moved together, the beds keep drifting apart...but that is only a small thing compared to all the advantages.

The staff was super friendly and helped fast when needed. The apartment was very big and bright, the balcony had a nice view & the bathroom was spacious too. The shower had a really good water pressure! The cleaning staff was also very nice. The location was good.

The kitchen utensils weren’t properly cleaned, the stove didn’t get hot & it took a long time to prepare something, the pan is not safe/ healthy to use at all as the whole surface was burnt/ scratched. The mattresses were very hard and gave me shoulder pain.

Apartment is right in 5 min walking to the sea. 24/7 reception desk available. Nice view from the spacious balcony. Very hot water in the shower is a huge plus!

Very noisy street right next to all the bars, etc. Room is not sound proof, so you will listen to noises of drunk tourists until they go to bed. Cleaning is once per 2 days and they charge the towels, but don't clean the floor, etc. And if its a fully equipped apartment with the kitchen could be nice to have something to wash the dishes and not to buy everything from scratch.

we loved how the staff were so accommodating (we asked for a sea view and they managed to give us one). we also loved how clean and comfortable the place was, with enough space to lounge around and cook/eat. the location was also amazing - the apartment was a 2 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the clubs and aldi.

we ran out of toilet paper a couple of times so had to ask the reception for some more. they also didn’t provide sharp knives for cooking, but we made do with the kitchen knives.

The cleaning was very good. Each second day we have found clean towels and clean apartment after the beach. The staff was friendly and helpfull. A few days before our trip, the hotel staff has sent me the message with useful information how to get to the hotel. The hotel has 2 elevators.

The fridge door inside did not have the plastic stripes to protect the bottles from falling out of the fridge when opening the door. The photo of the room was from the frot side with a sea view and the bedroom was spaceous at the pictures. We have got the room in the back side of the building with very small bedroom. If you want to get the room as on the photos, maybe it would be useful to communicate that with the hotel staff. Unfortunately I did not do that.

Stayed in hotel for two week with two kids,everything was perfect,room was good,cleaned almost everyday with towels and everything,personel was great and always helpful. Location is perfect,close to the beach 2min,a lot of bars and restorants around. And plus on everything there is a swiming pool for kids. Would recomend the hotel,regarding price,location and everything.

Well, the excessive noise from the teenagers through the night, but I've also been there and not complaining, but the extractor fan from the bathroom should work everywhere on each bathroom, especially you don't have a window

The staff go the extra mile ,I lost a piece of jewellery behind a shelf and the handy man retrieved it for me ,I am so grateful 🙏,I stay here regularly because you can't beat the price,location and space you get compared to a small hotel room .The pool area is kept clean also.Plenty sunbeds.well equipped apartments ,just a great place to stay ,I'm back in 3 weeks time .

Good size apartment and prefect location of the hotel. Close to the beach, supermarket, to the fasfoods and bars.

Window of our bedroom was located to the balcony of neighbor's room who was making noise at 6am. Magaluf is party location and this fact you must keep on your mind during weekends - noisy environment during the weekends.
