Staff were amazing. I had lost my luggage padlock and the lady who was at the reception on Sunday Morning 26th Feb was so helpful. She went up and beyond to help me breaking the lock. She was simply fantastic. The establishment should be so proud to have employees like her. I would definitely go back!

Very good place to stay. Great customer service at the restaurant (Thank you Maria from the kitchen, for your exceptional care towards us and your delicious food, and also Ayen for your great customer care during breakfast). Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Excellent breakfast and dinner with attention to the details. High quality food and customer focused staff. Very close to metro station for access to the centre of Seville. Would definitely stay again next time in Seville. Highly recommended.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful!! the location is good, just next to the MetroMar (a shopping mall) and the metro station (Ciudad Real).

Facilities are a bit old despite its cleanliness.

Really nice spacious clean rooms, 1 minute walk from the metro station so getting to the centre of Seville was easy. The hotel had good parking and was easy to drive to.

Great location and price! Metro stop, shopping center and restaurants a few steps from the hotel (takes about 15 minutes to part of the center of Seville and runs frequently all day and evening til around 11:30 pm). Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, had a properly functioning airconditioner, minibar, and comfortable beds as well as some seating for two.

Lobby of the hotel could have been a bit cooler with the heat outside.

Location is 100 meters from the metro, which takes you to the city center for 15 minutes. Free parking in the nearby area. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Prices are a bit higher, but during Semana Santa it's like that everywhere in Seville

The location is great, next to a metro stop. There is a parking lot for your car. The personal was frendly and explained everything. Everything was quite comfortable.

A little bit outdated room. Double bed is two seperate beds that slides on the floor.

Very good reception and good value for money. The hotel is surrounded by most restaurants that one can eat from like McDonald's, KFC and shopping mall. The metro station is a walking distance from the hotel.

No restaurant services for afternoon and evening

Out of downtown but close to public transport. Metro station about 70metres from hotel. Good safe parking under hotel (at €8 per day) spectacular views from upper floor rooms. Adjacent to a Center Comercial - ( Shopping Centre) with supermarket and several fast food outlets. many small restaurants and cafes neaby

Badly signed entrance I went ‘round the block’ a couple of times before I found an unmarked slip road off the roundabout. lifts appeared to be aged, and very slow for a 16 floor building. breakfast Juice dispenser needs replacing, coffee got a ‘nil point’ rating water for Tea was at best lukewarm.

My family stayed in the hotel and they were impressed by how clean and organised everything is. The hotel is very close to the metro station, going to Seville, so we found that very convenient.
