The hotel was fantastic . The room was spacious and had an incredible view that blew me away when I first stepped into my room . The staff were very friendly and upgraded me to free breakfast for my entire stay on arrival.

The hotel is outside seville Town, takes 15 to 20 min walk to get to the centre .

Fairly big room and bathroom was huge with toilet & shower area separated by doors. 27th floor views towards the city was breathtaking. Breakfast was plentiful but there was a wait if you ordered omelette or eggs to your liking. Lifts are futuristic in that you select the floor you want from a screen, it then informs you which lift one should take & the door opens once it arrives. Buses C1 & C2 stop next to the hotel and the airport bus can be caught from. across the bridge - very handy indeed for 4 Euro! Floor 37 viewing gallery was lovely too with 360 degree view of the surrounding area.

Possible leak in wc but could not figure out from where. Television obstructed the city view from the bed. It needs to be to one side of the room.

Seville is a historical place, to have something so modern on between is kind of excited!

As a new hotel, I can see the staff is young and new generation, which I totally understand and like it, but they need to be well trained, they most speak a good and proper English to the foreign customers, they need to have the ability to sobe and fix situations straight away and with confidence, but I still believe on them and will always give a chance. I was very welcomed and I can’t complain, but I’m an old traveler and I know a little bit of things… the hotel is soooo beautiful, maybe an old very experienced manager, with a young and modern mentality could train those guys.

Room was spacious. Bathroom was large and had separate bath and shower and toilet. Full tea making facilities. Good blackout blinds. Convenient location for visiting historic town but out of the way of the procession jam spots. Mirador on top terrace is a nice place for a drink and admiring the city

Decor a bit out dated. Rooms were noisy from some club nearby although not sure where it was from. The commercial centre in nearby shopping complex did not seem to have a club. We were on 24 th floor and noise couldn’t be located. Too many light switches and after four days still not sure how to operate them There was a sofa bed in the room which was not used but the covers seem dirty and stained

Everything. This hotel is superb. We booked 5 nights initially but then I got sick the day before my trip so I had to change my booking to 4 nights. The hotel was very accommodating to that and they even offered us free breakfast for our stay. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are spacious with great views. The staff are all super friendly. The location is great. There is a mall underneath the hotel with lots of restaurants, shops and a supermarket. If you are a tourist it is also close to the attractions, 5-6 minutes by car. Special thanks to Sara from the reception as well as the rest of the reception staff they were all so wonderful

The air conditioning was not working as well as we would liked so we told the reception and they immediately sent someone to clean the filters and it worked well after that.

- We had an early check-in (3am) and Noa at the check-in desk was very helpful and friendly. We had a complicated request, and he handled it like a star! - The room was amazing and spacious and The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room also offered near panoramic views into the city of Sevilla and was breath-taking. - The bathroom was luxurious and had and separate shower room (which is not visible in the pictures) - The roof terrace is beautiful and the views from up there are stunning! - Lastly the breakfast was great! We looked forward to each morning. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you visited Sevilla! It's a beautiful property and it's so close to everything!

- Some staff were a little standoffish at times - The restaurant, drinks at the bar and room service was very very expensive - The entertainment selection on the TV is near non existent (but you can access select Spanish tv channels) - Sevilla is hot and there is no pool in the hotel. There is a Spa and thermal circuit which is like a warm jacuzzi but you'll have to pay 25 euro per person to access it

Comfortable, clean rooms and the view was amazing. Location was good but it is a 15-20 min walk to the centre. This was fine for us but might be far for a family, particularly in the heat of the summer. The shopping centre next door was great to have nearby. Rooftop bar also has great views.

While staff were friendly, you don’t see them often in the building (aside from at breakfast and at reception desk). It almost felt like we were staying in an apartment block rather than a hotel. I wouldn’t say service was typical of other 5 star hotels.

We went to Seville with our two young kids for a longer weekend. We requested two bedrooms as we put our kids down early. We were very positively surprised when we got a suite on 32nd floor with an adjoined bedroom with a big bathroom (we were expecting to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room) but this way we could put our kids down in separate bedrooms and enjoyed the beautiful views with room service gin and tonic from the living room. We turned the sofa around to face the windows and watched the city lights. Breakfast was great, really nice food and a great choice of everything. We did not pay for breakfast when we were booking it but when we arrived we were told breakfast was included.

The restaurant in the hotel is a bit too posh for small kids so we did not get to try it but it looked really nice so it is not I did not like it, just was not very kids friendly.

The beds are very comfy, the rooms are just the right size, modern and well structured. The views are awesome as the rooms begin on the 20th floor. The breakfast is good, staff is nice and very helpful. Parking is free of charge and if you pay for the breakfast at check-in you get a good deal (€15/pax). There’s a shopping center downstairs which has a few restaurants if you’re not in a mood to walk.

You need to change elevator to get from the parking to your room as it doesn’t go straight to the room floors. The gym has treadmills, cycling bikes but lacks barbells/dumbbells if you want to do more weight or functional training. You can still train anyway so probably just me being fussy. Although they have a spa, you need to pay for it (I haven’t tried it) but as Seville can be quite hot in summer it would be good to have access to a swimming pool free of charge.

Very comfortable rooms with an incredible view!!! Clean rooms and hotel areas. I really liked the variety of lighting options in the room. The staff was very kind. Amazing price to quality ratio. There is a restaurant and rooftop bar inside the hotel, and it is right next to a big commercial center, so you basically have all that you need. Many and very fast elevators. A real five stars hotel!

Location was okay and quite near the center region, but it was a bit far away from the main city attractions, if you are without a car (20-25 minutes walking).
