Everything! We booked a superior room and it was what we expected. It's a brand new hotel and everything was perfect and fairly new. The room was spacious and had all the things we needed. We had 2 big suitcases and there was plenty of room. The beds were super comfortable and everything else just perfect. Downtown can be reached in 20min on foot or 10 by bus - there are stops opposite the hotel so really handy. Also, there is a shopping mall literally next door so plenty of options there too. Parking was easy and affordable too so a great experience.

Nothing really! We were happy to have chosen Sercotel Rosaleda. The staff were great too (especially Enrique) so we have nothing negative to say about the hotel!

This hotel is adjoining to a shopping mall, which was quite convenient for us. The parking place is in the shopping's parking, but with direct access to the hotel lobby. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony. The bathroom toiletries were great. There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby, and we chose to have breakfast there. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is out of the city center, but about 20 -30 mins flat walking distance, so not bad if you don't mind walking. It would be useful to have a toilet brush in the bathroom.

The noise isolation of the bedroom is amazing. Couldn’t hear a thing and it’s extremely quiet. The rooms are very clean, the employees extremely nice and kind. Always in a good mood and ready to help you. Couldn’t be more happier. Miss Sonsole from the reception was so sweet and super helpful.

We just had breakfast once but it was okay for the value. I wish there was more variety and fresh coffee. But there’s plenty of brunch options around town, if you’re not sure. I know it’s a very recent hotel so here’s a suggestion: it would be perfect to have some baskets on the shelves, as the open closet leaves little space for organizing some of your clothes and small items. Also, it would be nice to have the mini bar refilled every now and then.

The hotel is located near to the Malaga ring road. Only 15 minutes drive to the airport and 10 minutes into the centre of town. It is next to a large shopping mall with a large Carrefour supermarket which stays open late. The underground car park has a dedicated section for the hotel which costs 12 euros for 24 hours. There is direct lift access up to the hotel. The rooftop pool area is a nice place to sunbathe and relax. The pool is only knee deep and so perfect for children. More of a plunge pool to cool off in.

There was no mention of the dedicated underground car park before we arrived, only the cost. This would have been useful. The cooked items of the breakfast buffet were poor. There were not enough staff at reception to handle check in and out.

IT WAS CLEAN. On our 4th day in Malaga we decided to change hotel from the previous. The immense difference in class this hotel has compared to some in the old town. They also stored our luggage since we were there before check in. Honestly we did not leave the room, the tv has YouTube and Netflix. Great hotel for fair price.

The sirens??? I believe I could here them every 5 min. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel but there was a lot of activity around the location that required police sirens, little scary for family.

Great Front Desk Staff, Really good selection at breakfast, new building and facilities. Easy to park the car even on the main street in front of the building.

Room was not properly cleaned neither when we checked in, nor during our stay. Too much dust on furniture and mamy dust balls on the floor. Soap dispenser not filled even once during our 4night stay even though we left it open next to the sink.

The cleanest hotel I have ever been to! Everything was so new and fresh! Great breakfast alternatives and a new fresh building. The personal all spoke good English and were very helpful! The prettiest view from the rooftop.

The pool was very small, you could now swim in it just sit and soak your feet. And a bit chilly. The location was close with car and bus but a bit far from the beach and city. But nice with a shopping mall next to it.

Loved everything about this hotel, comfortable rooms with big comfy bed, nice restaurant with a varied menu. Good location approx 1.5 miles from centre of Malaga. Rooftop pool with terrace, and a gym. A lovely cafe bar in the lobby which served great cappuccino’s, croissants, ham & brie rolls and cakes. The staff were very friendly and most of them spoke very good English.

Location of hotel near by Mall, welcoming reception lady's, clean room/toilet, testy food for breakfast and lot of difference option to choose. Coffe shop in lobby of hotel and interesting choices of pastery. Very good sound isolation of windows - you can sleep picefully.

Parking is not free even you are guest - 10 euro per day. Late chek out ( 2 hours ) is not free - 15 euro charge.
