If you are travelling with children and they like slides, then this is the place for you. We really liked the pools and the slides. The childrens pool is really big and fun for the little ones. The entertainment during the day is really good. There is a mini club for little children and games for adults. Personally, I participated in a lot of the activities and I enjoyed them all. The entertainers are really nice people and made the games really good fun. Perhaps there needs to be something in between those two age groups. My son is 8 and he felt a bit grown up for the mini club but he was not allowed to participate on the adult games. There are shows every night. The mini disco is amazing for the kids, the animation team is full of energy and the shows are excellent. However, at times the shows were a bit too high tone for an 8 year old. Someone mentioned in the reviews that in the animation team all boys were gay. I have not evidence but yes it looked like that, so if you are not ready to explain to your kids certain topics then you might re consider attending the shows with the little ones. The paella in the lunch hour is amazing! I ate it every day with sangria! That was a bonus, to have beer, wine and sangria from the tap at lunch and dinner was really good!

I think the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Our bathroom had a terrible wee smell in the evenings and even thought we asked for something to spray, we did not get it. We stayed for 6 nights and the last two nights our room was full of ants due to the small crumbs my son dropped with his crisps. We stayed in one of the nice rooms for disable people, which was great as it is big and has a terrace to the gardens. However, the shower is hand held and there is holder only half way up. Of course, understandable for easy reach for a disabled person. However, I could not have a proper shower any day and one day I injured my thumb trying to take the shower out from the holder.

The facilities were great, we'd booked for one night and decided to stay an additional night because it was better than expected. The bed pillows were exceptional. And breakfast great, staff were super friendly and helpful (special mention to Sebas on reception) kids facilities fantastic. Definitely coming back...it gave my little one the full.on feel of a waterpark without the lengthly queues and busyness.

The only thing really that I could say is that there should of been an extra member of staff on the bar on a Saturday and Sunday night. And the arcade area had a lot of machines that were not working, that's it! Can't fault further than that...

We loved this hotel the staff was friendly especially the gentleman behind the bar. We also loved the entertainment on our last night from the 3 performers who did the Bruno mars night. The room was nice small balcony, clean room, spacious bathroom. Beach was easy to walk too and public transport was easy to get into the old town which is lovely.

The food options wasn't very nice especially for breakfast so didn't eat much for the price we paid expected better.

Cleanliness. Staff; reception and restaurant team were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile. For example, extra assistance with our disability access requirements. Also, our maid Sehar was exceptional. Location, short walk to shops and beautiful beaches with excellent chiringuitos.

Very loud music, although I appreciate this is subjective.

I was pleasantly surprised when arriving, the room and hotel was actually nicer than my expectations. Some of the building could do with modernisation of the communal spaces ut it was good nonetheless. 3 pools, the breakfast was impressive.

Location is on the highway so can be a bit tricky to find, also the location listed on booking.com is incorrect. The AC in my room didn't seem to work but it wasn't too hot

Everything was great, friendly helpful staff, amazing entertainment and the staff of the activities, great entertainment for kids and adults

Food choices, lots of choices of salads and deserts but adult mains lack also pools a bit small as the main pool is split in 1/2 for swimmers/aquazumba etc and the other 1/2 the slide exists

Room was very good and spacious had a lovely view and cleaning excellent breakfast was good and dinner in the evening seemed to be a problem replacing empty food trays had to wait a few times for some dishes

The bathroom would be better if it had a walk in shower and the tv a few more English chanels or remote control to change the language

The pools were fantastic, the room clean and spacious. Program was nice too. Great with kids. Walkable distance from the beach. Restaurants nearby. Massage onsite.

Food not so great, location near a highway. Gym was a joke, had two broken cardio machines and some free weights.

Despite some reviews, the staff were polite and helpful.

The food (all inclusive) was poor. But no one starved and I appreciate it's a difficult task to cater for all, on a budget and be mindful of waste. The pools and pool area were cramped. I wouldn't like to imagine what it would be like at high season.

Contrary to other reviews I thought the food was pretty reasonable. Lots of fruit and plenty of choice. The pool kept my child entertained from start to finish. The cleaner saw my boys crab teddy and each day made him a different sea creature out of bedding and he was thrilled. Lovely detail.

It’s definitely more of a 2 star hotel than a 4 star. It’s pretty basic, the aircon doesn’t work fantastically.
