the apartment we got was the one in the picture, 2 floor apartment, was very clean and modern

the pools were cold

The grounds are lovely and peaceful. I will say we were here off-season. You can see the sea although it's about 3 km away. We had a Casita which was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would sunbathe on our terrace which was connected to our bedroom. It was private and a lovely sun trap. We swam in the indoor pool and used the Jacuzzi. We ate at the cafe onsite and also had a drink at the bar. We also had a patio off of our living room which we loved sitting out on and having coffee. Overall we had a great time.

The location is a ways out from Marbella. If you plan on staying and relaxing, that's fine. If you are using public transport it's hard to get places and the bus schedule is not in sync on Google. It takes about an hour on the bus to get to Old Town Marbella. You just have to factor that in and take taxis as well if you do not have a car.

The property is located in a very quiet residential area, it is surrounded by orange trees and palm trees. Public transport is easily accessible from the property and not too far from the beach.

I appreciate that it is a quiet time of year, but I didn’t like the fact that after 5pm during the week there is no option to have a food/drink service. Only fri/sat/sun the restaurant is open until 9. It is in a quiet area and nothing nearby to get food, I was bed only so did not have cooking appliances to make anything.

Lovely , well maintained resort. water in the pool clean. bathrooms in the pool areas bit aged but clean and well looked after- soap and paper towels always and clean floors. good in the restaurant really good. Desserts tasted as lovely as they look like!!! staff very polite and professional- always tried to help. our room was standard double and it was exactly that. very basic double room with all what we need it. comfortable bed, tv, mini fridge, kettle and two cups. we asked for iron and ironing board and the lovely lady brought it to our room within just few minutes. Basic toiletries in the bathroom and hair dryer. clean towels everyday. we had lovely stay. Plenty of parking spaces. supermarket nearby.

we liked everything but maybe complementary coffees or tea bags and bottle of water will be nice- we have arrived later than we thought due to flight delays so didn’t have even small bottle of water with us for night time. Can’t really fault hotel for it but it will be nice detail.

We had a spacious duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms. In the middle of the hotel complex there is really beautiful garden with 2 outdoor pools and 1 small indoor pool. We had breakfast - this was average. We had also a dinner in the hotel restaurant, this was surprising excellent, we had the best paella during our week in Andalusia here. The hotel is located 30 min drive from the Malaga airport and close to the highway, nevertheless we had no noise pollution. Within a short driving distance you can reach beautiful beaches of Dunas de Artola. Marbella is about 15-20 min to drive. You can park your car right before the entrance of your apartment.

The hotel is old and only partially renovated. There was a 5 cm gap under the entrance door and we had to put some towels to tighten it because it was a bit cold in the night. The cleanliness could be better. The bed in the bedroom downstairs was narrow, old an quite uncomfortable. However overall good value for money and a good starting point to discover the area around Marbella.

I loved the pool area, it was lovely & clean

The beds weren’t as comfy as I’d like them to be but they did the job. The downstairs bathroom flooded every time we had a shower. The very hot, long walk to/from reception with our bags was not ideal but the apartment itself was on a road where Ubers could easily find!

2 bedrooms, parking was free, great size with plenty of space.

No air con in second bedroom only a ceiling fan.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The location was helpful to me as my parents stayed nearby in their appt. The breakfast for me was the let down. It wasn't replenished v well but buffet breakfasts can be like that. The bar and restaurant was lovely. It suited my needs well.

Breakfast does need work, in my opinion. Otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. Relaxed.

Fantastic pool and pool restaurant and the staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. The location was good and there is a supermarket 10 mins walk away. Also very peaceful and quiet even in the height of summer. The massage lady was fantastic

The apartment was dated and needs revamping. The stairs in the apartment are lethal as i unfortunately fell down them.

well the place is in a great location, however, it's in the center of the region of Malaga where you could head east for Malaga center or head west toward the Gibraltar area, easy to get to any beach resorts or shopping malls in the area, overall it was a brilliant place with a fantastic location, ( at least from me and my family prospective) Ranj Shaaya

I think the cleaning should be every day not every other day
