The location is great - it's on a quiet narrow lane with no motorized traffic (maybe an occasional motorcycle), and it's within easy walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The wifi was great - had a couple of virtual meetings that went very well - there was a desk where I could set up my laptop, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. We just stayed one night, but would have stayed another if there had been availability.

Lovely hotel, very spacious room, very comfortable bed. Room and bathroom were very clean. Hotel right in the centre and very close to the beach. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. Nothing to complain about.

Only, I suppose, a matter of bad luck. There was a man in the next room to us who at night snored very loudly and you could hear him really close, nearly as if he was in our room. Perhaps, something to improve, better sound proof.

This hotel was perfect, a great location lovely friendly staff good breakfast you could purchase if you wanted, amazingly comfortable bed will return next year!

It is a great value stay within the old city. It covers the basics, hot water, great AC, elevator, everything worked. Parking options are available nearby. If you want to be a 3 - to 5-minute walk from the nicest part of the old town, Marbella, and don't want to overpay, this is a nice option.

bed and other furniture could use an upgrade at some point to take advantage of large room. and i wouldn't mind paying just a bit more for it. property is great.

We were choosen this hotel because it offers breakfast on Booking.com. It was written also in the booking confirmation that the hotel offers breakfast for 8€. We wanted to have breakfast before we left in the morning and were faced with the fact that there was no breakfast in the hotel, despite the fact that there were tables set on the ground floor. Unfortunately the info about the hotel facilities on Booking.com and the booking confirmation contains fals information.

We love this centrally located hotel and stay there whenever we are in Marbella. The staff are wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and its central and walking distance to Orange Square and Beach. This visit was my birthday celebration and Regina the Receptionist on duty noticed it on my passport there was a bottle of Cava in our room compliments of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very spacious apartment in a great location for great value! Very close to the beach and the old town. The beds were really comfortable. Staff were lovely. Also we didn’t expect to get the room cleaned for two nights stay but they did, changed towels, etc.

The pressure in the shower were not the strongest and the towels were not soft at all but these wouldn’t stop me staying there again or recommending the place.

I loved the amability and availability of the hotel staff. The location was perfect : close to the city center - an authentic old spanish village with lovely shops and good restaurants-, and the sea sight. Even though there was no parking owned by the hotel, it was possible to find a place in the adjacent streets, for free. The decoration was rather pure with a touch of baroque style. The plus: private access to a little terasse !

Eventually an additional furniture in the bathroom to put your toiletery bag.

This boutique hotel was wonderful. It was centrally located and easy to walk to Old Town and the beach. Our room was larger than most standard hotel rooms. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The speed of the wifi was very good and the staff was also very friendly and helpful, both before we arrived and while we were there.

Nothing negative to stay.
