I recently had the pleasure of staying at Puerta de Aduares, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The accommodation itself was simply stunning. The rooms were beautifully decorated, showcasing the perfect blend of traditional Andalusian charm and modern comfort. The attention to detail in the interior design truly impressed me. Moreover, the location couldn't have been more ideal. Situated in the heart of Old Center, Puerta de Aduares offered easy access to all the major attractions and picturesque streets of the city. The views from the accommodation were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The amenities provided were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool during the hot summer days. Above all, what made my stay truly excellent was the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request or recommendation. Their genuine warmth and dedication made me feel like a valued guest. In conclusion, I highly recommend Puerta de Aduares to anyone visiting Marbella. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a relaxing retreat, this accommodation provides an unforgettable experience. The location is the best. Right in the old town of Marbella. We booked penthouse which was absolutely lovely with a large balcony. A/C in both living room and bedroom helped to deal with the hit weather. There was a little kitchen. No washing machine in case you wonder.

It’s not property’s fault but the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. Beds although hard were still doable but pillow’s definitely needs an upgrade. Two nights I couldn’t rest when finally changed to decorative cushions that were slightly softer. And probably it is good to know that next to the property there is a bar/pub so it will loud and noisy till at least midnight or in our case 1-2am. Rest wise it wasn’t the best.

The apartment was beautiful with everything you needed. Lovely quirky features and with all the facilities you need. We stayed in a suite with terrace. So spacious. It was in a lovely traditional building on a gorgeous little street right in the old town. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Even before we arrived Frank was great, organising our taxi transfer from the airport and answering any questions we had. Tatiana greeted us on arrival and gave us lots of useful information about the area. We also met their lovely mother during our stay. The fact that it is family run gives a lovely personal touch. Everything is close by. Lovely restaurants and shops around every corner and the beach is only a short stroll away. We would definately stay there again when we are back in Marbella.

I loved absolutely everything. Excellent location, courteous, friendly and helpful staff, quaint, quiet, and charming little apartment. Very clean and it had a daily cleaning service that pleasantly surprised me. Walking distance from almost everything I needed or wanted to do. Great price and very comfortable.

One or two nights the next door neighbours were a bit loud and rude with each other slightly late in the night.

Perfect location, friendly staff, cute decorations, terrace was a plus

Wet smell on the ground floor, small bed, aircon working but flaps not which together with the noise makes it useless during nights as it points directly at the bed, terrace has no view of anything just other terraces around, no sockets close to the bed to have your phone near

The room was nice and had a cute little terrace. Great air conditioning and good AC. It was also very quiet and I slept easily. The concierge was lovely and very kinda and helpful.

The sofa in the lounge room might benefit from a cover or deep cleaning. It had a bit of crumbs and sand in the folds. I wasn’t using it so it wasn’t a big deal. Just thought it would be best to mention for future.

don’t be fooled by the 2* rating this hotel was exceptional in my view. if you want pools, spas, and a bar then this is not for you. if on the other hand you want clean rooms and a attentive host and a comfortable bed in a characteristic building then this is the place. A historic house that’s been in the hosts family for generations complete with its own well!

very friendly people, cute accomodation with everything we wanted and the staff were very helpful. Evreything was provided that I could have thought of!!

If I'm being harsh, the wifi wasn't great. Not the end of the world but I didn't investigate it much either as I didn't really need much wifi

Right in the middle of the old town, very close to beach, restaurants, shops. From the airport we came with bus, it took 20 min walking to the appartment from the bus station, very convenient. Lady at the receptin nice and helpful. Quiet location. Small terrase at the roof was great. The appartment is small, but ok for 2 people.

Bathroom is very old, should be reconstructed. But towels, fan, glasses, shower gel was there. Do not expect something special, you pay for the great location.

Very nice and helpful host, clean rooms

The room with the terrace on top level was amazing - a 10/10 rating. However, in the room one floor below where our friends stayed, one could clearly notice that previous visitors smoked cigars inside. Opening windows didn‘t help. I would say that this room needs a light rennovation to get rid of the smoke odor.
