Everything was excellent

Small things, like the shower close to the pool was making noise, they didnt fix it even i let them know, small reparation on the pool edge the water evacuation grill was broken, the maintenance guy came to fix it, but the reparation didnt last 1 day. Things that i cant blame the hotel, like a crowd of british hoolingans was very noisy by the pool, also our arabs neighbor were fighting were speaking verey very load listen the music at tge max at 6 am

By and large everything was excellent. Reception was really responsive to us when we needed a car hire. There appeared to be a lot going on in the hotel.

At the breakfast there were too many people in the area. In reception we noticed a bar area where some people used the room cards. I only noticed this just before we left. My point is we did not seem to know what was going on in the hotel. One night we decided to have a night cap in the roof top bar, they did not have Barcardie but were offered King Kong rum instead. When I went to sign for it after I drank it ,I was nearly floored by the price ( 46 euro ). I don't think there was a price list displayed.

The hotel was just fab.. Great breakfast set up and dinner in restaurant was beautiful.. Lovely atmosphere through the hotel and the staff went over and beyound to be very helpful.. Rooms were a nice size and very clean.. Hotel is in a great location to great restaurants and close to the old town.. We were on honeymoon and we both loved our stay xxx

Check in could've been a little more special considering the amount it costs to stay.. We have stayed in a few adult only hotels and were made feel very special.. We were on our honeymoon and it was just like checking into a normal hotel.. This just let it down a wee hit for me..

The room was very comfortable The property is absolutely beautiful The location is amazing There is parking (costs 16 euros but you don’t have to worry about the car) The staff is most courteous The breakfast is unbelievable (and never ending!) They gave us a bottle of champagne in our room - nice touch!

The bathroom didn’t have a fan so it took a while for the humidity to dissipate. We had some tv problems (it kept shutting off) but they gave us a new remote which improved the problem (but it still happened sometimes) The a/c works but it’s not super great. We were there in October- not sure we’d be happy in hotter weather.

What a great hotel. On arrival we were greeted with a room upgrade onto the 7th floor, with views directly over the beach to the Med. Room was a great size for a couple with balcony and some nice design details. The bed was super comfortable. The resort has both a large pool area with food and drink service, and a beach club. Both are excellent. Breakfast featured a very large range of choice, and dinners at the beach club were great quality. The hotel has a tonne of cool style, without a hint of stuffiness, but with a large dose of friendliness. The hotel is very closely located to centre of Marbella which suited us perfectly. One particular highlight is the rooftop bar - stunning views, great drinks and good music. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxury beach club with relaxed vibes and without Ibitha style mayhem.

There was nothing about our stay that we did not like.

Breakfast was very excellent. Enough beach chairs for guests even though it was high season. Easy to order food everywhere on the property. Easy walk to old town. Food at the beach bar very good. Enjoyed a free yoga class one morning.

Beach area in front of hotel very small. Hot tub was not hot - small difference between pool temp and tub. Sea very cold so would have nice to have place to warm up. Heavy scents sprayed throughout hotel too intrusive, some people may have allergies/reactions. Would have been nice to be able to carry a cup of coffee up to the room after breakfast. Music everywhere inside and out may not be everyone's cup of tea. Catering to a young, hip crowd, at least in theory.

A very enjoyable stay in an hotel with high quality service and great staff. The breakfast was superb and the location on the beach, with included and very comfortable sun beds was excellent.

Only two points, but first is only a caution. The double room we booked was small with no balcony. However, it was what we booked and with the space and facilities was perfectly adequate.. You might want to consider booking larger rooms however. The second is the constant need for backgound music beats. In such a lovely hotel, it is not needed in my view. But very minor.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the old town and beach. The staff were super helpful & friendly & seemed to enjoy their jobs (always happy and smiling). It looks fabulous, very nicely decorated. I didn't eat at the hotel for dinner but the bar snacks and drinks service through the day were excellent. The complimentary pool/beach towels are great. The breakfast was great - loads of options and good quality too.

The only thing was the constant door slamming from neighbouring rooms, especially during the day when the maid service are working and people are coming and going. Some soft close mechanisms for the room doors would help with that

Location, Pool area, Staff (reception, Cleaning staff, the young lady welcoming outside and helping with the luggage)

We were the management team in our company and needed to work a bit. We missed a meeting room with facilities for that part of our stay. The breakfast buffet/alternatives are good, but a bit chaotic and stressful. Some of the staff serving are not as welcoming as you would expect. It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room (number 504).

Wonderful location a short walk to the old town and right on the beachfront with a wonderful promenade right into puerto banus. Hotel facilities were excellent, beautiful pool and beach club, gym, spa, rooftop bar. All of the staff I interacted with were excellent.

Would love the spa to open slightly earlier than 11am. Some better lighting around the bathroom/bedroom mirrors in the rooms would be a nice touch but none of these things are deal breakers. A lovely hotel
