The appartment was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect, for the beach and restaurants.

Perfect location just up from the marina - 3 minute walk to the boardwalk for an early morning or late evening stroll/run and just below the old town. Jose and Emma are perfect hosts and the self-catering room/suite is very large and comfortable with a big desk and lovely firm bed. I should have asked for an exercise mat and a few more things for the kitchen because nothing is too much trouble for them. They give you a discount on the car park behind the hotel which is mega worth it but don't forget to book it with Jose in advance!

I'd have liked something more than a microwave but I can understand they don't want the fire risk of a hob; I felt there should have been a proper microwaveable dish provided automatically even if they'd have given me one if I'd asked.

I had a lounge/kitchen and a separate bedroom which was more than I expected. Two balconies, one facing south and the other facing north - Perfect. The hotel is ideally situated for the beach, the old town, shops, and restaurants. There was a good size shower with strong water pressure as a bonus. The air conditioner at night was very much appreciated when it got warm. During the day the through draft when the balcony doors were open kept the apartment pleasantly cool. Fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster were put to good use for breakfast and snacks. The rooms were serviced every day and kept clean and tidy.

There is no lift but the owner took my luggage to my room on arrival. I am in my 70's and didn't find the stairs a problem. In fact, I considered the stairs as my daily exercise.

The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from the old town. The area it's in has a lot of nice restaurants. The place is so cute and clean. Easy to find and check in.

There was no real communication with any staff. I didn't know whether we could get coffee or purchase anything from a fridge. I would've liked some advise from the client as to where we are and what to do.

Great location in the city center, close to the beach and the old town. The hotel feels cozy and comfortable like home. José and his wife are the nicest people who are ready to help and advise you on everything you need. Complimentary tea, coffee and pastries for breakfast. Bicycle rental is also included in the price of the room. If I return to Marbella, I will definitely visit this hotel!

It's a lovely hotel within a five minutes walk from the beautiful beach and the city centre. The room was comfortable and sunny. I enjoyed my stay very much and would be happy to stay here again if back in Marbella.

It can get a bit noisy on the front side of the building, but terribly so.

Good size comfortable room, light and airy. Basic but useful kitchen facilities (microwave, toaster, kettle,). Beach towels provided.Large bed. Balcony.Helpful host.

The street was noisy at times during our stay but not surprising due to central Quiet at night however and no sound from other guests.

A little gem in the heart of Marbella. Close to the beach and the Old Town. A family run hotel perfect for couples. The owner, José is very attentive and extremely helpful. Excellent for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed our stay a lot.the bed was the most comfortable we ever had in any of the Spanish hotels.Top notch!

Would highly recommend! Great location. Short walk to the beach and very close to all the shops and restaurants. Very clean apartment and comfortable bed. Balcony with air dryer and table and chairs. Power shower. Well equiped kitchen. Has large wardrobe with decent hangers. The apartment was serviced daily which I didn't expect so that was a bonus. Has WiFi. We were able to store our suitcase and get changed before heading to the airport later in the day

Would be good to have a kitchen cleaner spray to wipe down the sides after use. Washing up liquid and cloths were provided so that would good.

Location cannot be beat, easy walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and Orange Square. Still ❤️ Marbella!

This property used to be more personable prior to covid, it just seemed so sterile this time. I rarely saw anyone except cleaning staff. Such a shame.
