It was just a perfect stay in Marbella. The nicest welcome with a glass of a chosen drink where we could just sit and relax while check-in was made. The administrator (lady) told us about the history of the building, the art in the hotel, style of the rooms, recommended some places to visit, to eat, etc. It was nice to see both rooms available and choose the one we liked the most. I loved the fact that rooms were cleaned twice. Higher quality bath rugs, towels and toiletries. It is a small 7 rooms hotel so we could barely see other guests. It is located in a quiet place but a few steps away from restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed quality breakfast on the terrace. Best wishes to the administration (especially a lady) which made our stay very special.

Hotel Claude exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect; just steps away from dozens of boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast was delicious every day, some of the best meals we had in Spain. Most importantly, the service was impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and well-taken-care of. I can't recommend Hotel Claude highly enough. I will definitely return when I visit Marbella again.

There's nothing not to like, this is one of the best Boutique Hotels I've stayed at.

We cannot say enough about Hotel Claude, which exceeded any 5 star hotel we have stayed in. I’ll get to the staff, who were so above and beyond wonderful, but first a few notes on the facilities: absolutely stunning building with elegant touches in an ideal location (right next to a gorgeous square and nice restaurants but quiet/ less foot trafficked than the streets over- which are, by the way, still charming and feel local despite the tourism - within minutes from the beach); incredibly comfortable and spacious room (our toddler had a blast exploring every nook- which somehow felt toddler proofed!); delicious and huge breakfast (e.g., fresh fruit, yogurt, poached eggs and caviar on homemade toast) served at your personal table on an out of this world roof patio overlooking the rooftops of old city. The people working at this hotel are simply the best. They gave us a truly personalized stay while exceeding every aspect of professional expectations you would have for a 5 star hotel. From the moment we were greeted (and told of the bonus free parking) to the moment we left, we felt taken care of (our toddler especially loved the active engagement from everyone and gifted toy and book). It felt clear the people working here love their jobs and went out of the regular course of what would be expected to make our stay exceptional. All this on the backdrop of a gorgeous hotel in its own right. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back/ share this gem with our friends and families.

We loved absolutely everything - from the moment we walked in and we were warmly greeted, given a tour of the beautiful properly, viewed some of the fun and quirky art, and shown to our incredible room. Everything was faultless - which i don't think i have every said about a hotel before, even those costing multiple times the amount. Hotel Claude is a tranquil gem in the beautiful old town of Marbella, which feels like home, and you never want to leave. There is nothing the staff wont do to help or assist in any way - thank you again to everyone of them for making our trip. Please don't ever change!

Nothing. Faultless!

This boutique hotel is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Each of the seven rooms are individual in style and layout and the one we had was superb, everything, down to very the last detail is there for you. The staff are exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fabulous breakfast sitting in the sun on the roof terrace every morning. Fresh fruit, juice, yogurt and a choice of hot food. The location is in the old town of Marbella and easy to walk to great tapas bars and restaurants. We are already planning to visit again early next year.

Absolutely nothing apart from leaving!

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my wife's birthday. From start to finish the hotel staff could not do enough for us, so a BIG thank you to Cornelia and Hannah for treating us so well and making us feel like celebrities, they are a credit to the hotel. Our room was amazing, very well decorated in an Almeria theme with a fabulous bathroom...OMG! The Shower, I could have stood in there all day...however, we had Marbella old town to explore. The hotel is perfectly placed within the old town in easy reach of all the bars and restaurants, but far enough away not to hear any noise. We can highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back...Thank You Hotel Claude..

breakfast was excellent, very healthy and very tasty the views were decent and the location in the Old Town of Marbella was excellent, parking (of our hire car) was also relatively easy as the hotel has reserved spots nearby

it is very hard to find a fault, i have stayed previously about 5-6 years ago.....it was good back then but they have made considerable improvements and taken almost every aspect to another level; decor, room design and comfort, breakfast quality, staff friendliness, parking options, etc,

This hotel is so quaint and beautiful A hidden gem a couple of minutes from Orange Square The staff are unbelievable Hanna and Bianca so courteous and helpful .The breakfast was Devine. The decor of the 7 bedrooms are all different representing a province in Andulucia just amazing. The art work in the hotel is fabulous adding to the ambiance of this fine boutique hotel

Nothing everything was perfect

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Marbella, situated right in the old town, excellent location and short walking distance to the beach. The hotel is very elegant and filled with art, the room was very beautiful and sparkling clean, with great facilities, complementary minibar etc. The staff was extremely attentive and helped you with anything from recommendations and reservations to restaurants and bars, to setting up airport transfer etc, always wanting to make sure you’re having a good time. They accomodated us even though we arrived early, they were very professional and friendly and made our stay in Marbella great. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop terrace made it even better. Would definitely reccomend this hotel if you plan on visiting Marbella!

Excellent luxury hotel in the heart of the Marbella old town. Beautifully renovated to retain architectural character and charm but with the latest modern touches. The reception area is light and spacious, with a library / bar room on the ground floor offering drinks and books to relax. There are only 7 rooms at the hotel, all themed based on regions of Spain. We had the Almeria room, it was stunningly decorated, spotlessly clean, with incredible bed linen and a hot spec luxury bathroom. Even the towels were high quality. Breakfast was enjoyed on the rooftop, with a full selection of cold and cooked to order toast with toppings. The hotel staff were amazing, always attentive and happy to help with any request you could need. Special shout out to all of the staff who made our stay special. We will for sure be back next time we are in town.
