The location, the hotel style and rooms but mainly the excellent staff! Nothing was too much trouble and there was always someone there to help if you needed it.

Sadly there was a noisy group of male golfers there at the same time as us. They really had no regard for others around the pool area and the more they drank, the louder and more rowdy they became. There does need to be a way to control behaviour so that it doesn’t ruin the environment for others there at the same time. The hotel needs to consider the policy for group behaviour.

Staff were amazing , location was good, beautiful views from the hotel. Food was excellent.

Only negative would be the bathroom in our room was obviously original, and looked very tired, grouting in poor condition, tiles old and stained. Would have expected bathroom to be modernised. the balcony similarly, cushions a bit tired looking, needed a refresh.

Hotel is situated in and quiet location with nice views of the hills and the sea. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had great selection and the food quality is outstanding. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Room service was exceptionally fast.

Parking extra fee. Should be included in the room price.

sizeable enough to have good facilities, but small enough to have a boutique feel to it. Pool & gardens, with panoramic views from the terrace. Friendly & helpful staff. Great bed & pillows!

Rooms were great, bathrooms somewhat dated.

the view is just mesmerizing, beautiful relaxing pool area ( with amazing restaurants, we have breakfast & lunch and both the food and the view were amazing) you need to have a car cause it’s pretty far from the center but there are also shuttles available ( not convenient if you wanna stay out late). rooms are spacious and clean but the bathrooms can use a little upgrade.

All the facilities in this hotel were excellent, except food at the main dining hall. Dinner in particular was very mediocre and not at all consistent with the rest of the hotel.

Pool setting and spa are amazing Size of suite And amazing bathroom and comfortable bed Breakfast buffet No curtains just shutters which made the room cold and hard and let light in.

Suite is so dull and soulless, no colour, no pictures, just a large unwelcoming room with a non private balcony. No comfortable chairs but all other balconies had built in seats with cushions. Music all day by pool, too much after a while. Very poor lunch menu. Far too fussy menu for dinner. The hotel has a stunning Spanish look so reflect it in the rooms. Be proud to be in Spain not looking like any ordinary airport hotel.

The location was great the staff was excellent. All staff went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. Great Spa and Golf Course and a great get away... I will be back, thank you

Everything is good except cleaning ladies produce enormous noice from 10am onwards. No way to sleep longer then this.
