Superior room spacious and well equipped. Also quiet as requested. Quality and choice of food excellent. Fridge and kettle in room. Complimentary flamenco show one night per week which was very good. Most reception staff very helpful and courteous. Lots of trees and plants in the beautiful gardens.

Mattresses on beds very soft due to lots of use. Definitely ready for replacement. Being expected to pay to use the safe. Being expected to pay €3 to replace a few teabags and sachets of coffee in room. No tea or coffee available in dining room in the evening. Not being able to pay for drinks in the bar with cash. Drinks had to be ordered through a QR code and paid for with a card. Staff in bar extremely busy, stressed and therefore unhelpful. Do we really need this on holiday!?

The hotel is a fantastic location, right beside a main road with taxis available in less than 5 minutes regardless of the time. Also beautiful boardwalk beach walk all the way to Marbella, at the front of the hotel it’s possible to rent bikes, the man here is so amazing and friendly. Our favourite days we’re renting bikes and cycling the full length of the boardwalk, stopping off for snacks and lunch or relaxing at many of the beachfront food places.

The evening food was definitely family friendly which is great for most, for us it was just basic. We only ate in the hotel one evening as it was extremely hot, too walk to go into town. It done the job and kept us full. But I wouldn’t recommend full board.

The property was so clean and so big there are 2 pools to choose from a busy one with kids or a quiet one for adults, food was lovely too we had free breakfast and it never disappointed they offer traditional English breakfast along with continental and cereals etc The staff were really nice and gave us a later check out time I’d highly recommend this place

You have to taxi to the main strip in banus, not much around the hotel itself unless you walk to the beach but you really don’t need much as the hotel has pretty much everything m. Another thing I found disappointing was that they charge 60 euro to lie on one of the cabanas at the pool for the day it’s right next to the free beds

Our stay at The BlueBay Banus was perfect! From the welcome onwards the staff were brilliant, the room was perfect, such a high standard of cleanliness everywhere, the breakfast was a buffet with excellent choices, the surroundings were gorgeous and the location was a 20 min walk to San Pedro or a 20 min walk to Puerto Banus. We are already looking at booking our next stay at this hotel, it is definitely going to become a regular for us :)

The staff and location very central to everywhere staff locket professional and helpful breakfast was lovely great variety to choose from. Staff had time to chat and recommend places. Loved the stay would definitely stay here again rooms lovely pool lovely great scenery and beauty salon on site chapel on site lovely surroundings. Met lovely people staying there also. Great taxi service from hotel when needed extremely prompt in arriving very impressed. Thank you so much to all the staff even at breakfast hotel reception .laundry services /room service. The hotel was in a very good location, close to the beach and a short walk from Puerto Banus centre. It was set in beautiful grounds with two lovely pools. We loved the fact that it had a Spanish style. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The included breakfast provided a good choice of food. However, as with lots of Spain, there was little provision for vegetarian/vegan diets. My daughter and I had a very enjoyable stay.

It was a long distance from the airport. The sun beds around the pool could do with updating.

Really like the size of the room and we had a nice balcony with a pool view. The bathroom was big with a bathtub inside and very good shower, Reception staff were very helpful. Wi-Fi was very good connection. Very good room cleaning services every day.

Our room was by the main road and it was very noisy, we could hear the traffic noice and cars loudly. There was no light in the balcony, a tall mirror would have been very nice, air con was not working. Room’s phone had no dial tone. Breakfast was okay not very good quality.

The staff were always very friendly and accommodating on arrival, as we arrived late and they had some food left out for us as we were staying with half board, it was very welcomed with some water. The location was good, great for busses to the town and marbella. It was a short walk to the beach and to walk along the front to puerto banus. Breakfast was good and fresh. There was good atmosphere and it was clean.

The rooms are a little dated and the dinner food was ok. Breakfast was better. To get in and out of the hotel was tricky at times as paths for pedestrians are not always there. The price of water was quite expensive.

I thought the hotel it self was amazing! the location, price, facilities are great! The food was great, wish the coffee was better but overall very nice and would highly recommend!

I felt that the only thing that let this hotel down was the waitress/waiter staff. front of house were lovely and couldn’t do enough! but a few times I was rudely spoken to by staff members in the morning at breakfast and dinner times. commenting my outfit choices when there is no description of a dress code for evening meals which made me feel uncomfortable.

this place is beautiful, we recommend going half board it’s well worth the money and definitely something for everyone. it’s in a great location 10 minute walk to La Sala By The Sea pool club. 15 minute walk to bars an restaurants in puerto banus. or €7 in a cab. cocktail and poolside bar are great staff very friendly and cocktails are fab around €9.50 but big and very yummy 😋 so highly recommended

the breakfast could do with being hotter please. it was so nice just not very warm 😕
