The hotel staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. It is a small hotel which adds to its charm because you get to know other guests as well as the staff. The staff work really long hours but are always greeting you with a smile and offering to help you. All rooms look onto the pool area which is lovely. So in the morning I would have tea on my balcony. Rooms had air con, mini bar, a safe, toiletries, an iron, ironing board and beach towels. There was also a washing line above the shower so bring pegs if you need to use it. The bed was large and comfy. The breakfast was nice and my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries. Marik the barman made the best cocktails I've ever had. There is a gym but I didn't use it. The shower facilities in the gym were available once I checked out at midday so I could shower before departing for the airport. This area was very clean. Massage was also available. They had gorgeous sunbeds with cushions as well comfy sunbeds. There was also bar service at the pool area which meant you could relax while you wait for your cocktail. The beach and local restaurants are literally 5 minutes walk. A supermarket about 7 minutes walk. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and comfortable there.

Some days the guests would leave towels on the sunbeds and disappear for hours but this isn't the fault of the hotel. It is coming to the end of the season so the restaurant was closed in the evening because they were not busy however lunch is served until quite late and I believe bar snacks were available in the evenings. The chef was lovely and made me a meal when I got back from the beach even though the kitchen was actually closed! So kind and an example of their exceptional customer service! Maybe the hotel could consider a reduced rate for solo travellers.

The hotel is amazing considering it's 3 stars. Good bedroom - not modern but for us that's ok, comfy bed, view to the pool which is beautiful, plenty of options for breakfast, friendly staff. We also used the gym which has a nice space and a few things to work out so it was helpful. Location is perfect to explore Marbella.

The negative points would be definitely the free Wi-Fi which is very bad so if you are planning to work from there it could be an issue and parking price which if they can't offer for free for the clients it could have a reduced rate, my suggestion. All in all a great experience, 6 minutes walking to the beach, good hotel and price. What not to like? :)

well initially disappointed as whilst the web site stated a superior room had a pool view we only looked into a plastic corrugated roof over the restaurant. the room was spacious, very comfortable bed but could have been improved with the following. a dressing table/chest of drawers with a mirror over to make up and dry your hair. lots of space for this as room very empty. had to use the bathroom for everything with no seat. heating not available but again web site stated it was. restaurant closed but locally some options

The property is lovely with great staff and looks great inside. The pool and bar are really nice. The breakfast was really nice with lots of good options.

The balconies aren’t as private as I would have liked with low walls separating them. The pool needs more sun loungers and definitely needs more parasol umbrellas as this was the biggest frustration for us. Breakfast layout needs to be better with too many people in the one area due to the coffee, juice and toast being too close together also cups, glasses and plates need to be replenished quicker.

The room was spacious with a comfortable queen size bed and a good size bathroom. The main feature of this hotel was the good size swimming pool and surrounding palm trees, lounges, tables and chairs, which was very relaxing. There was also a Bar adjacent to the pool, from where waiters would provide drinks and snacks. The reception staff were very helpful and assisted us when we reported a lost pair of sunglasses, which were eventually found. There was also adequate secure car parking available for 15 Euro/day while the breakfast was reasonable and included in the cost of the accommodation.

We found that the shower system was both difficult to adjust and could result in both hot and cold water coming from the shower head. Once again, as experienced so many times, the fridge was very small and inadequate for our needs.

The hotel was pleasant, but not more than that. Room was clean and bed was comfy but the value for money just don't fit into this category. I'm aware that the market is defining the rate but still I see this hotel as an overpriced wannabe 3* hotel. The pool area is nice as well as the hotel staff. Breakfast was basic but enough. In general the hotel atmosphere was nice and pleasant with entertainment programme in the evenings.

I saw already the reviews for bad Wifi, but I did not believe it, well it is true. WiFi is terrible and if you need to do something for work try to use the network between midnight and 8am. Coffee during breakfast. No fresh vegetable at all during breakfast. The breakfast time was always so chaotic because I felt the breakfast time was short for the guests type this hotel wants to attract.

After spending 4 nights in Malaga city, arriving at Paloma Blanca was a little bit of paradise. It was tucked away in a really quiet area (15/20mins by taxi from Marbella around €16-20) which was welcomed, as Marbella was incredibly busy. The pool area is beautiful. It was clean, quiet and the perfect way to completely relax. We managed to get ourselves a lounger each day too. The staff (servers/cleaners/chefs and receptionists) were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, kind and had a sense of humour. They really made the stay a 10/10. Breakfast was great, a massive buffet selection both hot and cold food, fruits/fried items/cereals/croissants/sweets as well as a selection of great coffees /teas and juices. The rooms where a little on the smaller side, but the beds where incredibly comfortable and the showers/bathrooms where fab. All rooms have a little balcony/seated area looking onto the pool to relax too. 10 minute walk to rocky beach/ 15/20 minute walk to sandy beaches. The surrounding area/restaurants/shops outwith the hotel are little on the pricey side, there is a supermarket 10 minutes away so if you fancy a packed lunch and nowt too fancy you can make it as cheap as you like. I would highly recommend the hotel and thankyou for everything ❤️

We loved the ambience and relaxing atmosphere in this boutique hotel, it was really calming and quiet. The room was clean and snug. Large balcony overlooking the pool area was ideal for a glass or two of wine during the early evening. Talking of the pool it was very refreshing with a nice setup of many sun loungers around it so quite a few were always available. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food. Parking is immediately opposite the hotel and is very secure.

Have to mention this...asked for a bucket of ice at the bar to chill our wine and was told it costs €10.00! Given I needed the ice I was left with little choice and even then only got 1/2 a bucket. Mentioned this to reception and they took no responsibility by stating the bar is privately owned/run, hence nothing to do with them. As a seasoned global traveller for 3 decades, that was a first for me.
