everything was great, location, breakfast staff....a bit boring at the bar with the sun beds but to go down to the sea and take sun there is close ( not free)... One thing I think was quite embarrassing for this class of hotel-beach towels. Very small in size and very old. Dear hotel managers, please invest in new ones!!!!

Excellent location and beautiful hotel. Check-in was fast and very friendly. We only stayed for 2 nights which was not long enough to experience the hotel, we will return again very soon. The hotel is immaculately cleaned and there were no issues with any requests. Breakfast had a great selection and was very fresh and tasty. Beautiful setting on the beach if you wish to relax there or sit outside having a coffee. My only issue was the pillows were not very comfortable but all in all good stay, great rooms and excellent staff many thanks

The pillows needed to be better (sorry) they could have done with being more puffy or had additional in the room as they just didnt give any support

Wonderful hotel! Excellent location on the first line of a beautiful beach! Stunning sea views! Great tasty breakfasts! Serving Champagne for breakfast is beyond praise! Nice hotel staff! Beautiful area, passers-by walking along the seaside alley looked with envy)) We spent amazing days in this hotel!

Didn't like the restaurant for dinner, bad staff in the restaurant. Unjustifiably expensive prices. Be careful, they always include additional items in the bill purely by accident)) Cheap wines at very expensive prices. Thanks to the chef for the delicious dishes! Expensive underground parking 25 Euro. But plus there is a free charging station for EVs, which compensates for the cost of parking.

The location couldn’t have been better! We walked into Puerto Banus harbour every night for dinner and drinks, which only took about 10/15 minutes and it was a beautiful walk right by the beach. It was also great being on the beach too, whereas a lot of other hotels in Marbella are further back by the dual carriageway (which definitely isn’t as pretty). Our room was a good size and the bathroom was nice too, plus we had a huge balcony with a table and chairs and a lounger which was great! It is definitely excellent value for money and I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is slightly outdated, although that didn’t bother us too much as we were out a lot anyway. The bed in our room wasn’t very comfortable I must say, it was rock hard and the pillows were very long and thin which wasn’t very comfortable under our necks. If I had to make one recommendation, it would be to update the mattresses and pillows! We also found that a few of the staff round by the pool were a little bit rude, however the staff in reception and at breakfast couldn’t have done more for you.

The breakfast had a great selection. Whilst having breakfast the staff were attentive and welcoming. If you enjoy the beach, then the location is perfect. It was accessible to the beach/sea, and there was also great restaurants nearby.

I thought that the gym facilities would have been better. I was also surprised to be told that I would have to pay for a bed at the side of the pool within the hotel. Obviously this came with fruit, but it would have been nice to have the option to relax without paying for a bed. I therefore spent less time in the hotel because of this.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, as were the staff helping us get out of the taxis. They always greeted us and were helpful. We enjoyed the convenience of having taxis outside the hotel, the breakfast was good although the woman making the eggs wasn't friendly or helpful - nor was one of the men serving the tables as he refused to bring water to the table. All the other staff were friendly and helpful. The balcony was large and had a nice side view of the sea which was a bonus. We loved the location of the hotel and enjoyed eating lunch on the beach every day. The size of the pool was great but too cold.

There was insufficient room to store clothes in the bedroom, nor were there any hooks to hang towels, clothes, etc in the bathroom. The bed was far too hard and extremely uncomfortable - and was far from the five-star luxury one would expect. The rooms were more four-star.

the room was very big and spacious, also very comfortable. pool area and pool look very nice although the weather was not right for pool the breakfast was quite good too

what i did not like about it was that i paid for a suite with balcony, the balcony was the first one coming out from the hotel into the pool area, and it was not a closed balcony it had shutters which did not close entirly to give a little privacy. basically everyone could look in as you passed by. i would have preferred a room with that extra privacy where you can sit outside and not have to be looked at every time someone passes by. Something should be done about those shutters or something more convenient for c customers to have their privacy, based on the monies paid.

If you're looking to stay in Porto Banus, then this location is really good. You have beach frontage, and the pool is pretty nice. I like the fact that there is a balcony where you can relax on the sun lounger privately. In-house restaurants and breakfast are pretty decent. Toilet has a bidet.

The room seems a little bit dated now. Touching up required, especially in the toilet. My safe wasn't working (out of battery), and I had to get reception to fill in my shower gel as it was empty upon arrival

The location is great, breakfast and room better but, the friendliness of the staff, the willingness to go above and beyond and obviously the fact they were flexible made me change my existing reservation in a different hotel in the near future, and stay in yours again.

Has nothing to do with me liking it but, a little bit of an upgrade in certain areas would be great. But nothing regular maintenance cannot figure out

Beautiful setting, amazing breakfast, staff was amazing, location was great! Very clean and it was quite (off season). Tried the Il Marre Trattoria and it was exceptional!

Really upset that although they pride themselves on being "beachfront", "direct beach access", "private beach", they didn't mention it came with a steep price tag (30eu for a couple, per day). The drinks at the pool bar were a lot more expensive than restaurants around there. The pool was very cold, no one could go in. Lastly, it was our honeymoon and they said they'd provide us with a fruit plate and cava, instead we got a complimentary bottle of water..
