- The owener of this place, Stefania was very kind and caring. - the breakfast made by Stefania. The spanish omlet was my favourite. - The room was very clean. - We luckily got an upgrade to the top room with the view. It was amazing! - A large kitchen. We prefer cooking sometimes even when we are on holiday. You can find plates, cutlery, pans, oven, microwave etc. - games. There are some games prepared in the common room. We played chess and table football. - swimming pool in the complex. It's right next to this building and it's very nice to swim and sunbathe. We went there multiple times as we find it better than going to the beach and get sandy.

- location. It takes for about 30 minutes to walk to the beach and there aren't many options for eating out and going out, which was fine for us as we had a car and we came here to relax and do some road trip, not to get drunk crazily. I recommend you to rent a car or a bike at least.

The room was much bigger than I expected. The bed was great. I personally dont really like AC overnight so it was really nice that there was a fan right over the bed instead. The pool is great too and Stefani is very nice.

Really there is nothing I didnt like, for this price it must be one of the best places in Maspalomas. Just use a taxi or a car to get around :)

We absolutely confirm that Stefania is a superb host. She was always very attentive and ready to answer all our needs. The room was very clean and quiet, we could rest fantastically! We recommend this place because it lets you disconnect from the city noise and yet you can get easily to the center/beach by bus or by car.

Upon arrival, on foot, I thought the property on the estate was very remote. I quickly realised that there were 2 decent sized Spars nearby and a selection of bars and restaurants, all within 5 min walk. The property itself is modern and very clean. The kitchen, although I never used it is superb. The communal area is also superb and very homely. The shared bathroom was clean and modern, it serves 3 double rooms. The tasteful breakfast was a massive bonus and great start to the day. The host, Stefania, was extremely helpful and could not do enough to make my stay pleasant, she succeeded.

I choose the option of a room “with no view”. The room is in the basement area and had no windows at all. Some natural daylight does filter thru from the chimney type vent tho. This was no problem for myself but it could be for someone with anxiety.

Paraiso del Sol is a lovely B&B in the uptown of Maspalomas. The host Stefania is very welcoming and helpful. The property is a 25 minutes walk from the beach, or a short bus ride. There are several supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the close neighborhood. We loved our room; it was very comfortable and spacious.

The communication with the host was efficient and easy all the time - thank you, Stefania! Very good wi-fi, many sockets near the bed, well equipped kitchen, fresh breakfast, two bottles of water free of charge.

The check-out time changed against my confirmation (11 a.m. on my confirmation, 10 a.m. in the reality). The accommodation is a bit further from the main spots but still not so far, however, the city is not the best one for walking as pavements are partly missing. Nevertheless, public transport stops of some lines and shopping facilities are still very close to the accommodation. Covid rules were not followed by all guests in the common area (not wearing masks).

Stefania was kind, helpful, delightful. An excellent host. She upgraded my room - giving me the use of a sunny terrace with a sun bed and sun loungers, She was a flexible host re a couple of my requests which I appreciated.

I couldn't expect a better host than her. + There is a nice terrasse where we met other travellers + Breakfast was good and fulfilling + Kitchen facilities are more than enough (even if you're planning to cook a big dinner) + Free parking spots all over the neighborhood

I loved the room, it was very comfortable. Most importantly, Stefania (the host) was lovely. She made sure I had the best time on my trip, responded very quickly to any questions, guided me to plan my trip better and was very helpful and cheerful. Hope they have such staff in every hotel.

The entire house is very cosy and super clean, the shared bathroom was always clean and the room was just lovely. Stefania is just an amazing host, always smiling and being just lovely. Nice breakfast, but repetitive

The B&B is a bit far from the centre and 2km away from the nearest beach
