The apartment and facilities were very clean and the setting was brilliant. The plants and landscaping were magnificent. The pool was clean and well monitored. A.short taxi ride from playa del ingles. Big Supermarket across the motorway. We had a 2 bed apartment, and when our child didn't want to sleep on the fold out sofa bed, the housekeeping team set up another camp bed in the 2nd bedroom, on their own initiative. This was really appreciated. Huge balcony on the ground floor apartment. Washing machine and dryers on site for guests to use, free of charge with detergent free to use.

The mattresses were too firm for my husband and I. The children slept very well. Not much in the way of entertainment in the hotel.

Very spacious apartments, very clean, very attentive staff, very helpful and efficient staff. Beautiful grounds and swimming pools, nice and warm. Amazing view from our apartment. Quiet in the evenings:)

Property was lovely, not much happening in the evenings, but it didn’t bother us. Beach quite far but again we had a car and it didn’t bother us at all.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean and also very well equipped with quality items.

The only negative about the apartment was the absolute waste of time of a hairdryer that is situated in the bathroom. It did not have any blow with it it was just hot air which makes your hair frizzy. It may seem a minor thing but it is actually major as any woman will tell you. The handle on the hairdryer gets very hot and it’s probably only meant for very short use. It feels like it should’ve been there in the 1950s not 2022. Was a real bug bear to me next time I go I will definitely take my own .

The hotel is very nice. A wonderful place to relax, to do nothing and enjoy the sun.The palm oasis and its pools are extremely good. One pool is separated for children and the adults' pool is quite large, so you can have a more serious swim. Very caring hotel team. Thank you very much for your service. Excellent parking is available for an extra charge, but the price is symbolic. Room: we had a room on the ground floor for 3 adults with the view to pool. We loved it. It was large, clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette. Location: the hotel is approximately 3 km from the lighthouse. Sound far but it is not. We liked the hotel and its pools so much that we never visit the Atlantic beach. We had the car so drove to the lighthouse. There is a very convenient and large car park, so we walked around in the evening. Meal: Breakfast is very good. Lots of different types of eggs. If you are not a big egg lover, there are still a few choices. Mostly the same every morning. Dinner. Amazing. A different choice every night. Fish, meat, vegetables. Really highly recommended.

Beautiful grounds and gardens, clean facilities and rooms. Nice pools and sun-lounge areas. Friendly reception team and cleaning staff. Good location close (via taxi) to many points of interest. Well stocked and good value shop on site. Property felt safe, secure and well managed.

No microwave in 2 bed apartment with kitchen - strange omission. A lifeguard was present at most times but I am unsure from his position how he could see all pool areas clearly enough to do his job, and was disinterested in controlling a few rowdy gangs of older children and teenagers who were very boisterous and a nuisance in the pool (Especially during Sunday 30th June). Buffet breakfast was decent value (at 12 euro per adult) but not great quality.

The photos of the complex are true to life. The complex most definately lives up to expectations. The apartments are spacious and extremely clean. The complex is close to entertainment if you want it but The Palm Oasis is peaceful and relaxing.The swimming pools are heated and the surroundings are relaxing and fit well with the oasis name. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a laundry onsite and easily accessed. There are supermarkets in walking distance, a shopping centre and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We had an extremely relaxing stay and would highly recommend it.

Ok. This is in Sonnenland Maspalomas. It is not on the main strip of noisy , party time, entertainment every night, boozy , generic restaurants, Maspalomas.There are only a handful of restaurants and bars nearby, and it is a short taxi ride to the mayhem If however you are looking for peace, tranquility, lovely staff, clean rooms, fab pool, lovely gardens, then book it. A walk down the hill gets you to a bus stop that takes you north or south. Really cheaply, or negotiate with the taxi drivers outside. El Tablero shopping centre isn't far either. There is also a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach if that's your thing.

We went in July, which is holiday time for the Spanish. Fantastic. However you do get the occasional piercing scream of a child who wants their own way.

This is our second year here and there is nothing I could fault. It is a taxi ride away from the main areas but there is a taxi rank outside the door so for us that is not an issue. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful both prior to arrival and during the stay. Apartment is huge with great facilities which I need as have a child with a food allergy, and there is air con! Lots of sun beds and no issues with finding one. 2 pools plus kiddy pool and a small slide which at about 6pm was full of children. Lovely pool bar (we didn’t eat in main restaurant) and on-site supermarket.

The pool area is exceptional. Better than many 5 star hotels. The size of the accommodation for the money is exceptional. Lovely staff Great parking facilities Handy little supermarket

The food could be better but you get what you pay for. It's cheap and cheerful. Twin beds. Preferred a king but we made do. Some will say it's out of town but there is a huge number of taxis and a. Minibus service to the beach should you want to drag yourself away from the amazing pool. My advice is to stay at the pool.
