We love these apartments and stay here twice a year on our trip down and up Spain. The apartments are excellent, well designed and equipped for a self- catering break. This year there was a problem with our apartment and, as soon as we reported the issue, a really helpful young woman on reception did her utmost to help us, despite being very busy. We had to move apartment, but everything was made as easy as possible. So … the 5* is as much for the excellent customer service as the really good apartments. We shall continue to return and to highly recommend. If you are looked after as customers in this way, then you are lucky indeed. Thank you, MPD - we shall return again and again!

The apartment is absolutely stunning, everything was so clean and tidy it all seemed brand new.. Very spacious, with a fully fitted kitchenette. Best bed & pillows I have had the pleasure of sleeping in in years. As for the location, you could not wish for better, Right bang in the middle of the historic town, most of the monuments are within walking distance if you are reasonably fit. As for the receptionist, she was absolutely first class, professional, efficient and extremely pleasant. I honestly could not have wished for a better stay. I am a retired hotelier. Thank you..

The place is good and very well located near to city center. Very good bed, which is not always the case, and very clean. The best thing, no doubt, is Gema, the woman who managed our reservation. She is very professional, attended to all of our problems and looked for solutions always. We were working from there and had some troubles to arrange our place to work and the schedule, but she did more than possible to help us. We can even say that she always kept the smile and we had some fun while talking to her, which is a plus! To the owner of the place, if I may suggest, take care of Gema and all the good employees.

Everything was perfect

Everything was unexpectedly fabulous in this apartment-Hotel; the neatness is remarkable, the silence offered by its double stained glass window in the heart of the city; a spotless kitchen (for those who want to cook small plates, I didn't because there are plenty of good restaurants around, and a Spar next door) a decent sized fridge, and the ubiquitous cleanliness. Without forgetting a large and safe garage, adjacent to the property but the most perfect thing is the reception staff; They are professional and welcoming. To all of them thank you very much.

I would have liked the double bed to be a bit bigger.

this was a fantastic flat with everything you could possibly need. the extra large bed was extremely comfortable. there was air conditioning/ heating. next door was a convenience Spar so we could buy what we needed for a simple supper and breakfast. it was situated in the heart of the historic centre and the major and incredible Roman archaeological sites were within walking distance. there was an underground garage.

There was everything that we needed in the apartment. It was well equipped and there is a supermarket right next door. Great on site parking. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very centrally situated for all the historic sites. Thank you.

Not a dislike but a comment about the mattress, which was quite fluid. When one moved, we both moved!!!

Apartment was spotles and very comfortable, with all necesary appliances. Location is central and great for all roman sites. Parking was spacious. Reception is at the parking entrance. It is very convinient because there is no need to look for temporal place for car during checkin.

A wonderful location very close to Museo Romano and Monumental Complex. A short stroll to Temple of Diana and Puente Romano. Other sites equally accessible although slightly longer walk. A supermarket was right next door and reserved parking under the building. The girls on reception spoke good English and explained access to apartment and parking very clearly. With the aid if a map in reception they pointed out the main attractions.

The drip coffee machine was a bit dated and we needed to buy suitable coffee. Otherwise nothing to fault.

Staff was very friendly and kind. Furthermore they were very responsive to the chat. The parking is 10 euros per day and on the check-out day you can even leave the car until the afternoon.

The only thing i found unsatisfied with was the drainage of the shower. That was pretty bad

The easy access and friendly help from Gemma the receptionist. The best apartment we’ve had all summer. Right next to a small supermarket tp buy provisions and easy entry to secure parking for travelers.

Could do with some Pyrex casserole dishes for cooking in the microwave & maybe a kettle for British travelers.
