In front of the beach, it is a good choice for families with daily activities, pool and restaurant. There are some bars and restaurants walking distance. The beautiful village of Mojacar is located at 7 km. There are a bus stop in front of the hotel and you can take it to go to other beaches or to Mojacar.

Reception and receptionists were very professional,, although there was a large number of people waiting to be booked in, they were very quick and pleasant. The food and buffet was better than we expected and the waiters and waitresses were pleasant, only down on the restaurant side is finding a table - there was a lot of people and some of it was blocked of so we had to wait for a vacant table. The bedroom was spacious, wardrobes were large, not enough hangers,, with fridge and air conditioning if needed and the room was very clean, there was even a safe if needed. Although a lot of the shops were closed as the season had not began we did not need them anyway as we were half board and the bar served snacks if needed. There are beautiful walks and the beach is clean and safe. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family - we had a brilliant stay and hope to go back next year.

Waiting for a table as the restaurant was full and tables were blocked of. Left my make-up bag and sandals there went back to ask them if they had been handed in and the receptionist looked and said that nothing was handed from in from the room.

Although I booked a standard double, you gave us a room with a sea view. The £320 we paid for the week was great value for a 4 star hotel. The £50 extra we paid for breakfast was super value. You provided a kettle and cups and beach towels for free. Parking was easy on the promenade (early season - May). The location is opposite the best part of the beach in Mojacar. We swam daily in the sea, aided by an artificial T-shaped construction built out from the beach, which created 2 little bays of calm water.

Nothing to complain about really. Some noise from renovating the floor tiles near the pool area, but things have to be done. As others have said, the pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel, but it was fine and lightly-used in May.

The hotel was nice enough. Location was great, right on the Mojacar beach and close to bars and restaurants.

It was packed, so too many people for the staff to manage. They offered electronic check-in, which i took up. They sold it as 'reducing your time in check-in'. Took 35 minutes to check-in in the end and the electronic check-in had no impact at all. There was no room in the car park to park the car, there is a public car park next door, so I had to pay for that also.

Coffee wasn’t great would have liked an espresso version with boiling water feature as love americano - restaurant could be more dim lit at night as a bit industrial - food amazing though 😋 loved the quiet room at night and away from children area as a couple wanting peace and quiet - perfect for our beach stay as always go to beach 🏖️ oh and comfy beds !

Perhaps we under estimated just how family / children based the hotel was going to be as we were 4 grown adults

New appartements, great service, good food, good kids club. Parking is included in the appartements

There is no changing place for diapers in the kids' club. Long distance without an elevator from the apartment to the restaurant, knowing that most people in the appartements are families and have to go by stairs. Coffee isn't good with the breakfast. But the food is good and the staff are very friendly. The pity is that the checkout for the appartements is at 10 am and for the hotel is 12.

Love the renovations and the new bar by the pool- such a great idea to link the gardens and pools.. really created a good place to sit with a drink and enjoy the view . Also good to see that they have reinstated - no reserving sun beds ! Also new beds were very comfortable 😊

Wish they would open the curtains in the dining room and let you sit in that area as it’s a bit claustrophobic
