Great location for exploring Murcia.Nice staff. Comfortable room.

Car parking! They claim to have parking but in fact it is a public car park and they have no reserved places! It is a very busy and quite small car park. It gets very busy and was completely full all weekend. We arrived early on Friday and found a place but by the afternoon it was full. I think this should be made clearer at booking time. This would stop us from staying there again as there really is very limited alternative parking in the immediate area. I believe that hotels should only be allowed to advertise parking if it is their own private car park. Otherwise be honest and explain the circumstances of the public parking in their details.

Location is fantastic, right by the cathedral. Close to all sights, many restaurants and not expensive for the area. The room was very small but we did have a small balcony. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. No other food is offered. They had a small bar which was nice but lacked any atmosphere.Lifts to most floors. Very clean and bright decor. We had a fantastic stay and would stay there again just for location.

When I say small the room was tiny! The bed was small and a bit uncomfortable and we only had a bedside lamp on one side which is really annoying if you like to read. The balcony had no privacy at all and we could see along all of them. Also if you have any mobility issues there are stairs down to the breakfast room and although in the main areas they had ramps, they were too steep to use!

The area is very touristic, but the hotel is fortunately located in a quiet street of the old town. Although pedestrian, guests are allowed to park in front of the hotel for check-in/out for up to an hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a medium-size buffet with an excellent selection including jamon iberico, high quality olive oil and salmon. Coffee and natural orange juice are also delicious.

Parking on the street almost impossible in an area of 1km around. The lobby is rather humble with little charm.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to the Cathedral and the heart of the city. Murcia's facilities and attractions are within easy walking distance from the hotel. We couldn't fault anything, the staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The bedrooms are clean and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast has a vast selection of freshly prepared food, served in its tastefully decorated breakfast room. We are looking forward to another stay soon.

There is nothing we didn't like and not a complaint, but more an observation. A smart tv in the room with apps for guests to sign in to their own Netflix or other services would be a welcome addition.

Everything was perfect! Friendly, helpful staff, good sized, well appointed room and modern shower-room. Spotlessly clean and with many extras - hair-dryer AND straighteners, quality toiletries, iron, small ironing board, coffee machine and kettle. Slippers and bathrobe were also provided. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable! A lovely touch was the offer of a Wecome Cocktail and the breakfast was superb. The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. We also took advantage of the parking agreement the hotel has with a nearby carpark. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location. Very comfortable bed. Tea making facilities. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. A nice welcome note and invite to a complimentary drink upon arrival. Breakfast was lovely two of the three mornings.

A lot of steps down to the breakfast room - no lift. This proved difficult to my partner who was using a crutch at the time. In fairness, we had been advised that there were some steps but didn’t expect so many. Saturday morning breakfast was a bit hit. The staff were lovely but obviously inexperienced on Saturday and left to take charge when they clearly needed guidance.

Located right in the heart of Murcia, good sized room, very clean and quiet. The mattress and pillows are good. The staff was helpful. The hotel provides parking.

There was no coffee machine or refrigerator in the room (no mini bar). The elevator was small and also used by the construction workers (they were probably renovating some rooms, but we didn't really hear any noise). The parking was quite expensive, compared to the price of accommodation, 21 euro/day.

We arrived early on the Sunday morning and were greeted really friendly by the receptionist. She let us have our room so we got rid of our luggage and started on our tour of Murcia. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The Breakfast Buffet was presented in an attractive way, had everything you needed to get your day started on a positive note. The location is ideal to visit the Casino and Cathedral as well as other sites. We came by train and it was better to be without the car as everything was within walking distance.

These are suggestions and not points we didn't like: Put one bottle of water per guest in the fridge on arrival instead of one bottle per room. Remove the sausages from the Buffet and add scrambled eggs instead Add a welcome drink to the room rate to get people to use the Bar. Normally one drink follows another.

The reception lady we had was so lovely and extremely helpful! Her name was Maria and she deserves a raise!! She made the check in and check out process so much easier and was truely a big part of having a great experience in Murcia. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big!

One small negativity about the room was that every time we entered the room it had an unpleasant smell. By fully opening up the windows was an easy fix to air it out.

Staff friendly and competent. Beds and linen were very pleasant, Temperataure at night was good for sleeping. Great bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive regardless if you are from Italy or Scandinavia. The staff filled the buffet up as soon as needed - without too much waste. The location was the best possible close to the cathedral i.e. central and despite the nightlife very quiet during the nights. You could easily walk to most sights. Many bars and restaurants just outside the door. Murcia is not over-touristed and waiters do not monger outside their restaurants. We would like to come again and recommend this hotel to good friends.
