Fantastic to have freely available hot drinks from the machine in the lobby. So grateful to have found this place after a serious delay not of our making, reception is 24 hours. And it was easy to get duvets by simply asking the nice guy on reception (we saw into his *secret cupboard*!). Easy to find, despite being close to major route no disturbance from traffic noise. Nice buffet breakfast, but obviously you pay extra for this - decent price though.

I had hoped to find somewhere cheaper, out of our normal budget, but it sure got us out of a big problem. But no complaints, it was worth the money.

Perfect location and easy to find. Staff very helpful. Room was much better than expected, big and modern and clean. Bed was huge and comfortable. Room had safe and fridge. Breakfast selection, perfect for our needs and free coffee outside of breakfast, a very nice touch. We will be looking for your hotels in other locations also, after our experience, with this one.

Great value for money. From outside hotel is like brand new. Form inside as well. Everything what you need for the accommodation close to the highway you can find here.

The only thing why I didn't give 10 was noise during the night. I know that is not relevant but if you need peace and quiet night and some idiots drink and make a huge noise that make you angry. I try to solve this with reception but without success. That is the only disadvantage

We picked this hotel because it would be an easy on-off from the highway on the way to the coast. Although it's in a fairly ugly area with big malls and some empty lots, once inside it was very welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are modern and well designed. The huge king bed was downright luxurious. The wifi was flawless and the free 24-hour coffee—actually in ceramic mugs instead of the usual Spanish Dixie cups—and free on-site parking right at the door were big plusses. The staff was polite and attentive. It was an easy and short walk to the mall next door, which offered a range of restaurants.

The view from the big picture window was of an empty lot and big malls, but that wasn't unexpected. We just wanted a comfortable rest for the night before continuing on a long drive, and that's exactly what we got.

The free coffee. The breakfast was good for the type of hotel. The location was convenient for the motorway. A bit tricky to find the right access road. The next door shopping centre has everything you'd want. Restaurants. Fast food outlets and a hypermarket plus lots of other shops. Would recommend this as a stop over going somewhere. Not handy for sightseeing in Murcia as you'd need to take the car into the city.

i had problems connecting to the internet my work laptop kept insisting that it wasn’t secure ?!maybe a little restaurant for dinner but it is not really necessary when you have the mall next door. but maybe in a cold o very hot day you would prefer no to go out.

Excellent hotel for a short stay in Murcia. The facilities were very clean. The room was nicely presented and looked modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. When asked to print the boarding passes, they had no issues helping out. There was a complimentary coffee at the reception area. Overall, a great budget hotel.

Nothing really. The only disadvantage might be that it's far away from the city centre, but if you have a car, it shouldn't be an issue.

Very clean! Free parking and close to motorway. Easy check in process and happy to have dogs for small fee. The breakfast is great value for money. Free tea and coffee at anytime was unexpected.

No bin liner in the toilet bin, but apart from that nothing negative.

Good place to stop by to get some rest. Room simple, all things at their place, nothing else to wish for. Big comfy bed, good sheets, aircon efficient, tv working, blinds at the window, extra shelves, chair, small fridge. Staff friendly focused on making your stay as good as possible. We were there already twice during our trip, convinient location just next to the speedway and shopling center. Free, big parking. Electric car charging station nearby at the shopping center. We are very pleased with our stay.

Breakfast was almost gone around end time, so if you came later there were almost nothing to eat.
