great location. friendly staff. very clean and comfortable.

room service; we were not able to go out one night and ordered room service. I ordered a sandwich, when I received it, I was extremely surprised by it’s poor quality. the bread was burnt, the ham was not cut thinly as jamón serrano should be. chunks of cheese were thrown in. no side salad, chips, etc. no napkin, condiments nor utensils. looking back, I should have returned it. and to make matters worse, the sandwich cost 14 euros. for a hotel and restaurant of that category, I never expected such poor food.

The room was perfect : large and spacious , super comfortable mattress beautiful bathroom and excellent air conditioning. We used the hotel parking and that was convenient although a little tricky for our first maneuvers in a large hire car !! Breakfast was superb : freshly cooked hot choices and an excellent selection of fresh fruit ham and cheese and pastries . The hotel location is perfect with all that Murcia has to offer very close by . We used the hotel restaurant for our evening meal and had the set menu . The food and service again perfect .We had a wonderful stay and were well looked after . We will definitely be back

Absolutely nothing to complain about

Speedy checking in, room was very clean and comfortable and as we were going to a concert at the Bullring it was very conveniently located.

Disappointed that there was no kettle for making tea/coffee but fortunately had brought my own. No bar at the hotel open late afternoon/early evening and not possible to order a sandwich when local restaurants were all closed until the evening. Breakfast was ok but not good, sausage choice very poor and no fresh cooked tomatoes or baked beans. Coffee machine at breakfast was slow and constantly ran out of water, but even when you got the coffee and added milk it was completely cold.

Great hotel which was clean and comfortable in a great location in the old town. Air conditioning cool and relatively large room. Comfortable bed and good strong shower. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated in marble. Great spot to explore Murcia which has a lovely old town and great tapas. A restaurant also at the Hotel which was pretty good but busy. Breakfast included in the price was fantastic. Fruits, juice, continental or self serve toast & eggs each way, bacon and sausages with a great coffee machine. We had a good size balcony but unfortunately it was just too hot to use.

It would have been good to be able to make a coffee or cup of tea with some biscuits. Balcony was great but too hot, some shading perhaps may help

Beautifully decorated hotel in the perfect location. Lovely large walk in shower. Friendly helpful staff. Tapas bar was excellent and so was the food. Great selection at breakfast..eggs were great!

Window was broken so could not open..very hot In room even though air con was turned right down. No list of what the mini bar should contain, so a worry on check out that we would be charged for drinks we didn't have. Tapas bar was closed on Tuesday night 😞and the only bar open was the dungeon downstairs. Huge space with no one in!

Location is fantastic, in hyper centre for touristic visites, everything is by feet! It was great to have a parking also! Réception services were so kind, welcoming, and helpful! Breakfast was very fresh with a good choice! The bathroom is like new, very clean!

I was just missing the coffee machine in the morning or at liste à kettle in our room. There was no full-size mirror to see how we were looking before going out. Matresses and pillows were a little bit hard as for me.

Parking was my main concern with this hotel but it was actually very easy. No one has mentioned how you do it in these circumstances or where it is. You arrive by car but cannot book parking in advance. I drove past the hotel (it is one way traffic) - took the second right (after the tattoo shop, fairly sure it is c. vara del rey) then first right (c. rambla). You then see a big blue P for parking sign and turn right (literally past a cafe with tables and chairs) into the car park. The attendant then gives you a ticket which you take to the hotel. There are stairs up to a lift as you will be on floor -2 and need to go to zero 0 ground floor. This is the best exit and closest to the hotel. When out of the building turn right across the square (plaza raimundo gonalez frutos) then left. The hotel is on your left. The hotel does have a parking space directly outside with yellow 'no parking' stripes on it - but by the time you see it you have driven past!

The hotel could have more information regarding the parking!!

Lovely hotel.

We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant for our friends birthday and during our meal, I noticed a chip on my wine glass which I had drank from. The glass was changed but I could not believe that it was refilled with my bottle of wine and it should have been filled with a complimentary glass of wine 🍷! My TV in my room did not work ( room 512) May need new batteries and I tried to turn it on manually without any luck. Bed, the pillows are too springy need softer pillows.

Location fabulous, room size good, excellent staff. Bed comfortable.

We paid extra for a room advertised as having a kettle and coffee machine. It had no kettle but I didn't notice until 7am the next morning. There was no phone, so I couldn't phone reception to ask. Coffee machine had no instructions and took me a while to work out how to use it.

The location was great. Very central. Next door there is a very nice kind of food court (correos) with a popular bar. Also the hotelbar in the basement is very popular and cool.

Can't really think of something I didn't like. Maybe the pillows weren't great but that a personal preference. Pillows were round rolls
