The staff were very helpful in having and explaining maps they had of the city and the points of attraction. The spa was awesome with massaging jets around the pool. We didn't get into the pool until after sitting in the sauna. The pool felt really good then. The hotel is located fairly centrally between the river and old town. The river walk was very scenic and we visited the one of the two hot springs that was open. Two of them were closed because the river was running high and flooded them. The old town had a number of tapa bars and restaurants where we enjoyed local favorites. The hotel staff also told us about a place for star gazing which we walked to and enjoyed even though it was a 630 feet climb of 1 mile. We would recommend a visit to this hotel and town anytime.

The spa in the hotel is alright. More like a jacuzzi type of setting. The rooms were clean, brand new decoration, good elevator. Not easy to park nearby, they have an agreement with a car park nearby for extra charge. Good location 2min away from the restaurants and bars in the historic center of the city as well as touristy areas. Not a bad place to stay.

Staff not always at their desk. Had to wait for a while when I checked in. Other than that, they were kind and polite. Also bear in mind the additional charges for using the spa. Didn't find them abusive but it doesn't come with the stay.

We liked the location near to interesting areas of the city. Reception was very helpful and friendly. There is also a useful food store opposite. The spa was absolutely excellent.

Really nothing that could be altered but there is a steep slope p to the Main Street which was tiring for the older members of the party (80+) If we visit again we may have to choose a different hotel for that reason.

Staff were really helpful, rooms spacious and very clean with comfy beds. Only five minutes walk from the old city, with lots of great places to eat and drink. The hotel spa is lovely - we were the only btwo people using it, so it was very relaxing. Its also easy to access the spa trail, although only Outariz is open at present. Will definitely be back, very relaxing break. Thanks

The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and well located for visiting the historic section of Ourense. We were impressed with the attention to detail in decoration and comfort. The weather was cold and cloudy, but the room was nice and comfortably warm. The hotel is located on a quiet street, so even though our room faced the street, it was not at all noisy.

If I could make one comment that is constructive criticism - the two bed pillows offered are both too high (overstuffed). Perhaps, if you going to offer each person two pillows, make certain that there is a difference in them for personal preferences (i.e., offering one that is softer and not as high).

- the hotel is very new - our room was spacious and air conditioning worked very well (a must in August!) - the personnel was helpful - the location is great for exploring the city center

- breakfast price seemed high (didn't end up booking it)

I arrived late at night and was welcomed. Great restaurant almost next door. Hotel clean, comfortable and very new.

I did drive past the hotel first time round as it is discretely signed at night.

Perfect location. If you arrive to the city by car. The hotel provides a parking garage nearby for 12€/day.

The walls were a bit thin. You could listen to your neighbours opening and closing doors.

The hotel looks like it had just had a refurbishment. The room smell like new and the mattresses look brand new as well and were extremely comfortable.

The hotel was off the main road and wasn't easy to find. Parking was on street and at a premium.
