Location and parking garage right at the entrance to the hotel. The price was great for us in that area. The front desk personnel were fluent in English and very helpful and nice. They cared about the guests.

I was told that they did not have air conditioning but did have fans. The same is true of our house in northern Spain, so I wasn’t so concerned. But it was a very hot day and we were tired. With windows open it was noisy. At midnight the city had a long series of fireworks. That won’t happen often, but it made sleeping difficult.

Location is great, having a cafe onsite -- and it's a pretty good one -- is nice. I've stayed here many times over the last 7 years, typically before and/or after a Camino, and I really like it. It's basic but clean and great staff at front desk. Beds are better than average. Ourense is a fine city and Galicians are great people. You can't go wrong for a night or two while catching a hot spring and enjoying the many sites along the river.

Well -- and it's happened before -- I had the room that's got the shower at the foot of the bed. It's cool if you're alone but a bit awkward otherwise...lol

Great local hotel with friendly staff who are happy to help with all requests (like hot water for tea and storing luggage). Very convenient location for transport, thermal baths, shops, historic areas, walking or just hanging out. I stayed a week and loved it. Ourense is a fabulous base for exploring a wide range of activities.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It was good before, but now everything has improved significantly. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, as my room was thoroughly cleaned at 10 o'clock everyday. The location is great, right in the center of the city, and it's most practical to walk from the train station, which takes about 20 minutes. The staff were really friendly and happy to answer all of my questions, and my room was spacious and had all amenities as requested.

The breakfast was quite basic given the price. Only a pastry and a drink was on offer.

The city hotel not only for pilgrims which want to have some plus comfort. Suprisingly quiet eventhough you hear traffic. The room was big and beds comfortable. We had got shampoo and shower gel too. There was possibility ro have breakfast for extra charge. We liked it. The hotel is near of historic centre.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very, very convenient; right in the centre of town. The room was bright, clean and in good order. The little bathroom was perfect. The bed was comfortable.

I had a room at the front of the building looking onto the main street and it was rather noisy from traffic. I slept well with ear plugs. Next time I'll request a room at the back.

The bedroom were comfortable, good location, good price-quality relation

The breakfast is only a hot drink, orange juice and pastry/toast and the elevator was broken in the last day.

Great location! 2 minutes walking from the center and super close to a parking (which the hotel has a contract with so the fee is reduced). The breakfeast is good!

i was very well looked after, with the staff obliging and most helpful. I had car, food and direction needs all in English and all answers were very helpful. It was clean with the bed linen crisp and fresh. My requests for cups of tea were never a problem.

The bed was squeaky.
