To begin with the hotel is conveniently located not too far from the airport so one doesnt have to spend much time on the road before arriving, further its also not to far away from Palma city centre. The staff are spectacular, helpful, warm and welcoming. The facilities are well maintained and the Half board option is good value for money for sure. I would very much recommend a stay in this hotel

The only thing i can point out as an area of improvement is, during "winter" seasons which in Mallorca daytime may still be warm/hot, perhaps a solution for the GYM ventilation system is needed. I was told when i had asked about it that due to the air conditioning system was centrally controlled, as it was shut due to it being technically "Winter" period, the AC in the GYM was also off. However it can get steamy as its located where the spa area is, and with a few people working out at the same time, can become unbearable. So just a little area of consideration for improvement.

I know that this is just a newly established hotel but is able to provide great services and will do further in the future, that‘s why i would like to suggest the following: -relocation and improvement of Fitnessstudio/Gym, seeing the beautiful view outside is a great choice :) -better lighting for nail services

Everything was perfect. Great service! Clean, large and comfortable room, excellent balcony and sea view, we had the 4th floor. Good air conditioning, comfortable large bed. Fantastic breakfast. All the staff are very friendly. Especially the managers at the reception. Very nice girls who cleaned the room. I also liked the SPA. I didn't want to leave.

Aubamar Suites & Spa is a fantastic new Hotel. It opened two weeks before we arrived. We had the smallest Suites and they were amazing, great view from the large balcony, beautiful modern interior and very comfortable and clean. It is located right in the middle of life, a short jump away from the beach. Nevertheless inside the hotel walls you feel in your own world. We enjoyed the wellness area with sauna and hamam which is included for hotel guests. The outside pool area is also very inviting and relaxing.

We just had an incident that has now been solved. To sum it up: while the staff is incredibly friendly, one could feel that the hotel is still learning and improving some processes. Some things don't go smooth yet and take quite some time. It is a young hotel, so this is normal. I'm sure Aubamar has a bright future and I'd recommend to check it out.

Very modern and clean, but also very friendly people are working there. The location was perfect to me, 2 min walking to the beach. I would be pleased to come back soon again.

I couldn‘t switch off the light during the night time. I mean you can switch it off and after 10 sec as soon as you move it goes on again 😅

Everything about this hotel is fantastic except the location. The staff especially is so very kind and helpful.

The location because of the constant noise coming from the German beer hall around the corner. You can hear it your room even with the windows closed.

Modern clean and luxorious. Great rooms and facilities. Lunch menu 10/10.

Must warn you about the location, drunk Germans everywhere. We did not want to step outside the hotel area. Dinner menu 5/10.

Staff were very friendly and very efficient. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. Breakfasts were also very good and very relaxed atmosphere.

Location. A very large and loud German beer Keller was close by and whilst we did not observe any trouble there were a lot of drunken people as drinking started at midday and lasted into the early hours. The noise did not interfere with our break. You could also choose a different route to the sea front away from the beer Keller.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was large and it was very relaxing to lie on the balcony loungers, it was very quiet and couldn't hear the hustle and bustle outside. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast desserts changed a little each day, the cakes were were very delicious, I went late but there was no shortage of supply. Special thanks to Tien for all her help, as my flight was at 3:50pm and check out time was at 11am, having breakfast meant I had to have to get everything ready by 10am, but she took the initiative to ask me about this time and help me communicate to get a 1pm check out, which has made me decide to stay at this hotel next time I go to Palma.
