Comfortable beds, spacious room and the balcony view. The staff members provided excellent customer service, we were early on check in time (3pm) we arrived around 12pm served with a glass of juice and was surprised that we were able to check in straightaway! Also the receptionist let us borrowed a towel without a deposit which we really appreciated. The housekeepers cleaned our room spotless and gave us fresh towels. The food was delicious and diverse food options. Bus stops are just few minutes away. Overall we have a pleasant stay.

Although it did not bother us much but the surrounding area is quite noisy. It’s near a beer garden both side of the road. We have to divert our walk to the bus stop because there’s a lot of drunk people outside. But you can’t hear it from the hotel. Just to warn if you’re not into noisy and busy surroundings this might not be suitable for you.

The food was varied, the beds comfortable. Animation programs during the day below average. The evening animations from about 9.30 PM were mostly musical and at a very excellent level. There were a few people at the hotel who came only to stay and get drunk. In the evening they went to "STODOLNÍ".... fortunately they did not disturb the night's peace... the staff is very nice. I was quite nervous about the auxiliary service at the sunbeds, when these workers started pulling the shade above you at 4.30 PM during your rest on the sunbed and leveling the already free sunbeds. All this probably in order to have a "head start with work"...

Overall all great, just some small points to improve below. Sound proofing is great! We didnt hear a single sound in the room.

1) the system to get towels for the pool doesnt make sense, and we should be told at check in. Giving a deposit in cash for a towel is ridiculous. 2) dont know why they never put cuttlery on the tables at breakfast - they do for the other meals 3) we were told dinner in 2 days was sushi, but actually was generally asian with just 3 types of sushi that were actually really bad. Dont make people expect sushi when it's not sushi

All staff was always very pleasant and professional. Really nothing bad at all to say when it comes to this topic. Rooms are great, very comfortable and spacious. Great really!

The location is not the very best since it is located on the same street where you have several bars. You won't have any problems with noise, at all, but the trash in the street and how dirty the street looks... it is really unpleasant. Unfortunately this also impacts the beach and you end up finding trash there as well. The food at the Hotel is nice but it is a typical "all inclusive" place. Don't expect a great variety of healthy food.

The food was very delicious and the rooms were very nice and clean and the maids did a really good job of keeping things tidy. The customer services was excellent very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel itself was modern and well kept the outside pool areas were bright and in the sun with plenty of sun lounges and some really nice pools. There’s always something to do there as they had activities on thru the day and in the evening. The entertainment staff were great fun and always made us laugh. Overall a great experience and very pleasant stay.

Hotel was clean throughout with daily housekeeping in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the restaurant staff and cleaners. My birthday came during my stay and they were kind enough to leave me a box of chocolates, which was really nice, thank you. The food was great with lots of variety to choose from at every meal.

Only thing was the air conditioning which was not as cool as we would have wanted, but was told this is the norm until the summer months. But not a big issue as there was a ceiling fan and plenty of breeze when we left the balcony door open.

three pools to chose from, one with a swim up bar, one with water lounge chairs, every subbed had an option to cover it in shade and loads of self service options for food and drink all day, hotel is spotlessly clean and staff so nice and allow you to print anything you need and to hold luggage until you leave for the airport and you also get to use all facilities until leaving to go to the airport, checked out at 12 and stayed by the pool until 5 which was amazing x three different restaurants with amazing fresh food x gym is also amazing

It would have been nice for more people to have read the rules about not putting their towels on sun beds to reserve them in the morning and maybe dress a little smarter in the evening in the restaurant ( not in beach shorts!) The all inclusive did not include alcoholic drinks which is very unusual, I have never come across this before in an all inclusive hotel?! The spices restaurant was closed?

We booked 2 rooms, and when we got at the hotel, they didn’t realized we were together, and they had an overbooking, so my brother in law didn’t have a room. They offered us to move to Riu Bravo, or only my brother in law… Of course we all moved, but I was a lit disappointed about that. So our review is actually to Riu Bravo- the place is very nice, super close to the beach, a lot of food, and the staff are amazing! All of them were very nice, but Antonia from the bar, she has an amazing energy, extremely friendly and funny. The ladies from the HSK also very polite. There were some drunk people splashing water everywhere, but the lifeguards were also watching them and taking some actions, which I really appreciated. I loved our vacations besides the overbooking and the drunk annoying people!
