The hotel is exactly as described on the booking site. The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

The location of the hotel is not very pleasant as near it there are many bars and the famous Mega-Park where a lots of Germans, Dutch et other nationalities were gathering. They were very noisy, drinking alcohol, leaving debris and creating an insecure environment. Every day, we saw the police and the ambulance coming to solve conflicts or to help the drunken people. We preferred to take the bus and go to Palma for a better experience.

The hotel is extremely clean and the food in the restaurant is amazing!

The location, inside the hotel is perfect but as soon as you leave you enter a dirty strip of extremely drunk people. The area is dirty, nothing to do for children unless your willing to drive 30 mins or so away from the area. The area Is full of strip clubs bars and trinket shops and the odd restaurant, which none are worth going too.

Our room was spacious and very comfy. The view from our balcony was beautiful with a sea view. Breakfast was excellent with a big selection including local Mallorcan foods. We didn't get to use the pool as it was too cold to use it. What I especially liked is the bath tab in our room. It was definitely a plus point of the room. The hotel is nearby many restaurants and is easily accessible to the beach and main bars (e.g. Bierkoenig, Mega Park, etc). I think the hotel is good value for the price. We will definitely book the hotel again when we visit Mallorca next time.

The check-in time is at 14:00. When we arrived at the hotel at 14:10, we were told that our room wasn't ready as previous guests stayed in the room longer. After some negotiations, they first offered us to either wait more than 1 hour for the room to be cleaned or we change our room to the other room which was't as good as our originally booked room. After another negotiations, they agreed to give us a slightly better room, which we decided to take. I don't think customers should be given options which make no sense. They should simply have given us a slightly better room from the beginning as our room wasn't ready at the check-in time. There were hair on our bed cover from previous guests.

Room was excellent, spacious, spotless and luxurious. Staff saw it was partner's birthday during our stay and left us a lovely cake and 2 mini cavas as a gift, really nice touch. Breakfast was THE best I've ever seen in any hotel, cannot say enough about it. Cava and caviar for breakfast, what a win! There was everything: Drinks: Water, juices, smoothies, teas, coffees (machine and press), cava and even wine options. Continental: Amazing pastry and cake selection, so many meats and cheeses, plenty of fruit, cereals, breads. Hot: proper large scale buffet with all the cooked breakfast staples but random extras too, like calamari, stuffed jalapenos, chorizo / bratwurst. AND they had an a la carte plancha fry up section and omelette bar. Oh, and they had a section of lovely smoked salmons (hot and cold smoked) with caviar, beef carpaccio and all sorts of little luxury treats. Pancakes, churros, waffles and all the toppings. Cannot rate it highly enough. Pool was just lovely, as well. Gorgeous setting, great sun trap, 'bali' beds available to book which were cool, pool service so you're never without a snack or a drink if you like. I saw a pool table nearby, too, not sure if it was free or you had to pay, but a cool feature to escape the sun for a minute. I would recommend renting a car, as I did. Taxi to Palma was between 18 and 30 euros each way, depending on how much they decide to rip you off, I guess. Really close to airport, which sits probably halfway between the hotel and Palma centre, so that taxi isn't an issue.

Couldn't quite get the air-con right in the room - but I'm 90% sure this was because I didn't give it enough time to actually work out the best way to use it. I was too busy enjoying the epic hotel!

We stayed here with our baby and it was absolutley amazing. The staff was so welcoming, helpful and kind, we recieved the absolute best service and could not say anything else than positive things. This is the perfect hotel to come visit if you have a little baby. We could go to the spa with our 11 month (of course with exceptions of the sauna etc). He a loved it and he had so much fun in the pool there. He also got a bathrobe as well as us. It’s nice to see that they truerly treats everyone good, both the little ones and us! The staff were helpful, they sorted things straight away. We loved our room and the shower was huge! Bathroom had a his & hers. It was good space and very comfirtable to be there. Thank you for such a nice stay! 😊

If I were to comment on something I didn’t like, it must be that the big sunbeds costed money to rent.

A very large hotel complex with a very freshly designed garden. The hotel has a huge lobby, lots of glass walls, all glowing and sunny. There are no queues at reception or at the lift, and there are fountains on the right side of the entrance. The SPA at the hotel has beautiful decor, views of the sunset, is never crowded, and has a great selection of relaxation equipment. The buffet restaurant will surprise you both at breakfast and at dinner with its ever-changing menu, so every day you feel like you are there for the first time, discovering and trying new delicacies. The garden complex provides a large number of sunbeds, new Balinese beds of a type that cannot be seen anywhere else. The pool is so big that you can't swim in it all at once, but luckily it's not deep. There are also 2 similar pools belonging to the 4-star Hipotel, and there is access to them. There is also billiards, table tennis, and other social games near the pool. Food and drinks can be ordered both by the pool and in the room, very convenient. The rooms are brightly decorated, all very clean and with a minibar. We also received a coffee machine upon request. The view from our Junior Suite to the sea was breathtaking. Every morning there was also a very thorough cleaning and treatment of the pool and garden areas, which always made us very happy to see that Hipotel cares about the maximum satisfaction of its guests. I can't forget the gardener, who was collecting fallen olives on the path to the pool. During our stay there were strong winds on two days, which left a deposit of dust on the glass walls of the Hipotel. The very next day there was a crane cleaning it all, just tremendous. Entering Hipotel is always like entering another world for us, and we like to go here to relax. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It would like to seal the door, there is a gap around it, it causes drafts and melusina. The blind on the window between the bathroom and the living room is placed in the living room, not in the bathroom (room nr. 411). The tiles on the balcony of room number 608 are cracked and have sharp edges. Waste sorting containers could be on every floor of the hotel. An osmosis filter that would ensure drinking water from the taps in the room would also be a hit. We would welcome a parrot show followed by a photo shoot as evening entertainment. Water for dinner could be available in a self-service buffet. Dishes not always clean, forks sometimes deformed. At dinner, plates pile up on the table.

This is an excellent hotel which has the perfect location and friendly staff. My stomach was uncomfortable that day and I asked the staff if I could have a bowl of porridge. They were so friendly and tried their best to satisfy my request. I will definitely choose this hotel when I visit Mallorca next time. Btw the buffet is great!

They have two parts of this hotels, a four-star l and a five-star. We stayed at the five star hotel, which has the advantage of being a little further from the coast, so we can't hear the noise from the bar at night. Although we didn't book a sea view room, the large balcony on the mountain view side was also nice and quiet. The kids liked the hotel's swimming pool and the evening performances were also good. The breakfast has a lot of choices, and the fruits and desserts are also delicious. Late check-out costs 35-50 euros, which I think is suitable for us who leave at 8pm.

The toilet flush is too strong and water often flies out of the toilet.

+ Room size was great + View from 6th floor (sea view room) was great. + Big variety of food both in the breakfast and evening dinner + Spa was quite empty even when hotel was fully booked (March and weather outside was cloudy/rainy and 15-16 C)

- Bad door soundproofing, could hear people talking (loudly) in the hallways and doors dont shut quietly, well they do but most people are selfish and just slam them shut. - Hotel staff mowing the lawn at 07:40 in the morning is a little too early and unneeded, especially because it was offseason time (cloudy and cold) so in later time there would not have been children playing on the grass or people sunbathing as for having a reason to mown the lawn so early. - Junior suites bed was just two single beds pushed together not double bed
