Very good range of food, room and common areas very clean, nice pools.

Bedroom walls are thin so we could hear neighbours very clearly next door.

We liked it, the rooms and the food, breakfast and dinner were very good. Some of the staff really helpful The indoor pool was great and the gym it wasn't not bad at all.

To much noise at night. Many drunk young people have no manners in the restaurant. Many of them were drunk from the morning till the following day. Some of the stuff were rude and the cleaning was not the best.

The hotel has great location, it is close to the sea, shops and restaurants but it not in too noisy area with loud night life. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good variety of food. Very friendly staff. The hotel has 3 outdoor swimming pools but only one is suitable for active swimming, two other are bar/chill out pools. The hotel is more suitable for adults, during our stay we did not see any animation for kids (in our case this was positive).

Very loud guests next doors who made noise all night. Fortunately, the hotel staff took measures and we could sleep peacefully all next nights.

Room was fantastic, very spacious and clean. I requested a quiet location and was given exactly that. The swimming pool and swim up bar were very nice. Happy that there were also sunbeds in the shade. Staff at restaurant and pool bar very friendly, especially Marilo, who went out of her way to make the guests have a great experience. Live music at the bar in the evenings was great. I booked half board and both breakfast and dinner buffet were great, with lots of choice.

Pool could have been cleaner. Always bugs and hair floating around in the pool. Some of the ladies at reception could be more customer-friendly, seemed annoyed when I asked for a late checkout.

I was disappointed that the front staff were unable to assist me with booking an additional nights stay when this was available on the website. (I even showed them but they are adamant not) I booked the additional night on the website for ease but RIU could very easily have lost a nights revenue and I think this needs to be addressed through staff training. At best they were very dismissive. This is my 9th RIU stay and I found their attitude disappointing

Excellent stay-highly recommend.We found the food varied and delicious. They were all great but special mention goes to the waiters and cleaners.The hotel is so clean, they clean the room daily and also changed the linen and towels every day and it is an amazing standard. The only one small improvement I would say that the receptionists should be much more friendly and helpful, they were cold and sharp at times. All in all, it was a very nice experience

Both snackbar by the pools and desserts at the dinner could be improved

almost everything was 100% ,very relaxed ,good facilities with space even though the hotel was full.all of the staff were amazing. good choice of food to eat . nice balcony and large room with a good sized bathroom. The bathroom hair dryer had broken and the maintenance fitted a new one with an hour,amazing speedy service.

only could do with coffee and water to drink in the room would help. this did feel like it wasn’t a hotel experience as we get this in hotels for far less money on our travels. The shower head was a silly thing that the rail was for use at low level for disabled clients and worked well but one extra rail along side at a higher level would have made the shower comfortable to use.

It was the start of the season, so the staff were attentive, and the hotel was not too crowded. The restaurant staff were very fast to remove plates and the dishes were replenished quickly. The manager was there most of the time to deal with any issues. It was set up for German tourists but that was not an issue. It was close to the beach and the all-inclusive food was fine. We were there for four days and there was a variety of dishes. You might want to go and eat elsewhere from time to time as it was repetitive being in the same place every day but there was indoor and outdoor seating. It was the kind of place that you would expect for an all-inclusive family hotel. It may be different at the height of Summer but not as bad as some of the reviews I saw before travelling.

It would have been great if there was a children's club or a children's play area.
