Hôtel was very clean & fresh. Staff on arrival so friendly and helpful. Room big, clean and overlooking the pool area. Reasonably priced drinks. Free safe to use which was great! Good hot shower. Couple minutes walk to beach and promenade with lots of bars & restaurants Taxi from airport was €18 there is a bus that is only €5 but we had late arrival so opted for taxi Supermarket directly opposite hotel reception is cash only but has a decent selection of drinks & snacks. Would definitely stay again!

Just perfect for my needs, felt like a little home for the week. Well needed shady pool because when it's 35° it's hard to get out of the heat in el arenal so this was perfect and nice and cool.

Not that I didn't like anything .... Just a recommendation to be better, a little drinks fridges for water in the annex rooms would be very helpful abd mist likely appreciated . Only downside, there was only one plug socket In the room but that's picking.

We had an excellent stay here, despite the negative reviews we had read. The hotel is close to the airport, super close to the beach and good views, and handy to Palma. The room was a good size, with a wardrobe, safe, ensuite; and, a bonus balcony which we weren’t expecting! The staff were friendly which is welcoming, and helpful when we arrived in quite late; as well as cleaners who cleaned our room every day. Overall, an excellent stay and would recommend!

The beds weren’t very comfy, but they did the job! Everything else was excellent.

A big thank you to Jawad, the evening receptionist, who was very friendly and welcoming. This hotel is the perfect mix of relaxed and party. If you want to go on party, the Mega Park is on 5 minutes and if you want te be relaxed te beach is on 5 minutes too

Stayed in the annex Teide building, which is a couple blocks away from the main building that has the front desk/amenities. Location was good, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to a couple bus stops. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked fine. Staff provided good service.

Basic but very clean and close to the front.staff were very nice too.

I was in the second part of the hotel and had no facilities like a pool or bar.the main part with reception had a small pool but again no bar.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with the A/C of one room and they immediately changed the room for us. The buffet breakfast was really good. And of course the location - perfect. You are just few minutes walk away from the beach. You can also find supermarkets just below the hotel so if you need anything you do not have to go far. Other people complained about noise - we didnt experience anything.

The only downside I would say that this hotel doesnt have parking and finding a parking sometimes can be challenging. Sometimes I had to park our car 2 kms away.

Hotel is great and the location is okay however I saw no swimming pool so I cannot comment about a swimming pool because from what I saw there was none and I was given no information about it!!!

I would’ve loved to have gone for a swim but there was no swimming pool available

The rooms were great and clean.

The blonde lady behind the desk who was Dutch or German was extremely rude and moaning at checking in a large group. We had been trapped in an airport all day and her attitude made us feel very unwelcome. She should be more kind.

Excellent place, great staff, daily room service (changed towels, made beds, mopped floors - super important when you're bringing in sand from the beach on a daily basis). Their breakfast buffet is very good - warm recommendation to opt in for the breakfast option. Amazing location, one block from the main promenade, so it's pretty quiet and still close to everything, shops, cafes and bus stops are within walking distance. Parking is tough, but it's not really the hotel's fault - if you're renting a car be prepared to hunt for parking spaces in the evening.

Two remarks here, both bathroom related: - no toilet brush - no coat hangers on the walls (you have to imrpovise with the door handle)
